    A very practical and applicable approach to changing your life. If you do the things in the book, over time your life WILL change. I can’t wait to start implementing these things. This is more of a workbook, than a reading book.

    The title of this book was slightly misleading to me. I thought it was going to be a book with strategies to change habits over the course of 30 days. At the time, that was what I was looking for- a guidebook that takes you step by step on how to break habits and initiate change. This book on the other hand speaks about anything and everything that you require for a healthy productive life without a road map. A lot of what the author says are things you probably know (wake up early, exercise, manage time well, do it now...etc) and most of what he says stays on the surface. Each chapter is no longer than 2 or 3 pages and in total there are about 94 chapters in the book. In a nutshell he mentions a lot of things as opposed to delving deep into a specific area to achieve change. This was a little disappointing for me, but having said that- overall despite relating things I already knew, it was a nice reminder. Instead of teaching me how to do something, the book reminded me of things I knew I needed and therefore motivated me to start.
