    EXCELLENT READ .ALL WHO DESIRE OF HAVING ,MAINTAINING GOOD HEALTH SHOULD READ THIS AND NOT JUST FOCUS ON FITNESS,EATING RIGHT ETC..

    This author believes these things saved his life, and that is good, but it makes him speak in absolutes, which is rather irritating. Most of it is good, common sense.
