    George Morrow (1869–1955) was a cartoonist and book illustrator. Born in Belfast, Ireland, to painter George Morrow and his wife, Catherine, he was one of eight children. His work was widely published in magazines such as Strand Magazine, Radio Times, and, most notably, Punch, which published 2,704 of his cartoons.

      We took our five-year-old granddaughter, Isabella, on her first cruise and we were amazed by her grasp of the experience. One evening during dinner, she sat back in her chair, paused thoughtfully, and said, This is the life I’m supposed to live. Out of the mouths of babes - in one wonderful moment, she had captured the essence of her maiden voyage.
