    These doctrines sound today as the utmost truth because the whole system of democratic society is based on the idea of the equal civil rights of men: political and voting rights, equal rights before law, rights to free thought, speech and expression.

    At the same time democracies accept without hesitations the existence of the social inequality, inequality of wealth, power, influence. Though the degree of the social inequality is diverse in different democratic countries but everywhere it’s considered acceptable and fair. Strong voices can be heard in support of limiting of social inequality, in proposing of the assurance of a certain minimum income for everyone, or a sort of floor below which nobody need fall even when he is unable to provide for himself…
