      Designed for maximum effect using minimum force, THE DEADLY ART OF DIAMOND PALM methods are as simple as they get. Used in restricted circumstances, but not limited to systemic sustained combat situations, the techniques hold up under Real World engagement.

      THE DEADLY ART OF DIAMOND PALM takes No Responsibility for improper use of its information. Let me be perfectly clear. Level I of The Deadly Art of Diamond Palm is sufficiently deadly to do irreparable damage to another if used improperly. It means you have achieved a level of impact to cause another human being maximum damage. If you are not proficient in a Martial Art, the Diamond Palm will in all likelihood get you into more trouble, than assist you in a confrontation.

      N.T. - Spacers between slabs is strictly forbidden!

      Diamond Palm technique is of mainly, training the physical body to endure more damage, while sustaining a higher rate of repair.

      A word about Marrow-Washing: If you are not going to make a career out of Diamond Palm, then you may dispense with Marrow-Washing. However, if you plan on attaining any great degree of proficiency with Diamond Palm, then Marrow-Washing right from the beginning would be strongly advisable, and will yield you a much superior technique in the long run, but this is not a Diamond Palm prerequisite.

      Marrow-Washing may be considered the first step in the practice of Diamond Palm. Some schools of thought negate it, however I do not, and offer it here as a somewhat longer, but safer way to approach Diamond Palm training. Marrow Washing is the immersion of your hand, up to one inch above the wrist, into hot water in order to facilitate better and more rapid circulation.
