This book is taken from a dialog with Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit in May of 2011. As a part of the Martial Arts Lineage Project, this discussion revolves around the history of Shaolin Kung Fu and how it has evolved and changed in modern times. Grandmaster Wong speaks of his own Kung Fu training experience and the masters he learned from. He combined the teachings from these masters to create the worldwide Shaolin Wahnam Institute. He also explains how Kung Fu and Chi Kung training can improve your health physically, mentally and spiritually.

About Grandmaster Wong
Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit is a fourth generation successor of the venerable Jiang Nan of the renowned Southern Shaolin Monastery in the Putian District of China. A Grandmaster in Shaolin Kung Fu as well as Chi Kung, Sifu Wong has written several books on these arts that have become highly acclaimed internationally. He founded the Shaolin Wahnam Institute in 1982 and has been working to spread traditional Kung Fu and Chi Kung training throughout the world. He is also the recipient of Qigong Master of the Year
award at the 2nd World Qigong Congress.
