About this ebook

Wheatgrass Benefits explains the health benefits of using wheatgrass as a part of your daily diet. Wheatgrass can help in improving fertility, promoting weight loss and protecting against anemia as well as a raft of other things that you can find out about in the book. Find out how to grow your own wheatgrass and then produce juice from it as well as how you can add wheatgrass to your general diet.

Wheatgrass is a popular source of healthy plant substances such as free amino acids, minerals, vitamins and powerful antioxidants. More and more people are recognizing the health benefits of including young wheatgrass shoots in their diet. You can now get wheatgrass at many juice bars and as a result it is not surprising that people are interested in preparing their own at home. You can of course use wheatgrass in the form of supplements and this is also explained in the book.

Wheatgrass is easy to grow at home and with a little practice and experience you can quickly get a production line going which will continually supply you with fresh wheatgrass. This has the benefit of being cost effective as well as being highly nutritious. Fresh is always best.

You can juice wheatgrass and drink it or add it to your food as part of a salad. Whichever way you choose you will be getting the health benefits right from the start. These benefits can extend to helping with skin problems, diabetes as well as digestive and joint problems. Get your copy now and find out what you are missing out on.

Ellen Vincent

Ellen Vincent was brought up in Ghana but now lives in the UK. She is interested in all things that are natural. Ellen has noticed that many of the cosmetics and treatments that are available in the West contain lots of artificial ingredients and are often based on oils and substances made from petro-chemicals. After comparing them with the kinds of things that she used in Ghana she has found that the petro-chemical based ones can cause irritations and bad reactions as well as not being as good as natural based products. She now extensively makes her own cosmetics and only uses the best natural ingredients that she can find.Back in the old country coconut oil use is widespread and is used in cooking as well as to make body creams. She uses virgin coconut oil to cook with and uses it as the base for many of her skin and hair creams and oils. Ellen now produces a range of natural cosmetics that she sells in her local area in the UK under the name of 'Natural Revelations'. She hopes that she will be able to introduce these to Ghana at some stage together with all of the books that she has written on natural healthy living.Dealing with the outside of your body is fine but, to make the most of the creams and oils that you apply, you need to make sure that the foods that you eat are also doing their job. She is a big fan of green smoothies and makes sure that she has these every day. She feels invigorated after drinking them. You should look out for Ellen's books on green smoothies which include a volume that just contains ideas for recipes. She has built up her vast collection of green smoothie recipes by experimentation and following good practice. In the UK she came across apple cider vinegar and has found that this too is very useful when it comes to treating your skin and keeping your body healthy. She was so amazed by the many uses that can be found for apple cider vinegar that she wrote a book all about it. This too will soon be available through Smashwords. If you want to find out about how using a range of natural ingredients can be so good for your body and health, then you really should read Ellen's books. These are available in both electronic formats and as paperbacks. She is hoping to produce a book specifically for the care of Black hair and skin and as a result you should watch out for this when it is actually published in the near future.
