About this ebook

This book evidences the constructs that we live under from a socio-legal perspective. Our entire existence emanates from a few fundamental factors, yet we are not told of these things in mainstream education. What we are told is a distorted and inaccurate version of what is true and I can provide real evidence that this is so. The conventional version of history omits many things of relevance and this book highlights those things which underlie our existence against what we are told to accept to be true.

Conventional history merely teaches us what it intends for us to perceive as true, yet when you have evidence there is far more to what we are told, you begin to unravel the truth underlying the structures and systems we live under. When you have the evidence of the atrocities committed in the name of Christianity but these events are systematically concealed from public view, or that global conquests during the Age of Exploration were sanctioned in the name of Christianity, you begin to see the purpose behind the conquest of the New World.

I evidence the reasons behind the religious Reformation during the 16th century as this single event is fundamental in obtaining a greater understanding of the subsequent systems of rule which developed in western Europe and spread across the world from the 16th century. How it was a Treaty of 1648 which bought an end to the complete dominance of Catholic monarchs in Europe and paved the way for Protestant monarchs to rule. How it was the breakdown of the Catholic religious ideology and notions of the right of monarchs to rule which gave rise to institutions of government, which was legitimised under notions of a social contract where it was presumed that everyone consents to be ruled by government.

I go on to prove that not only is everyone presumed to have consented but everything in society is governed under contract. I evidence why the whole structure is based on derivatives of the word Con and how one can withdraw their consent if they so choose.

I obtained an upper second class business studies degree with honours after two years study and went on to successfully complete two post graduate diplomas in law before going on to train as a solicitor. I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and after working in a firm for three years opened my own legal practice in 2006. From 2010 I was studying, researching and critically analysing the basis and foundation of the legal system, to get a better appreciation of the systems which control our lives. When studying law they tell you what the law says but they never tell you what it IS. In 2012, after much independent research I could evidence something fundamental about the government and the legal system which challenged everything I'd held to be true. I knew then I could no longer practice as a solicitor so closed my practice and ceased practicing law. I launched a website highlighting some fundamental and unpleasant truths about the systems which govern us and now write books to evidence the control structures underlying our existence and for which people are mainly unaware of. I diligently research the religious, political, social and legal history from a western European perspective, because it is under these models how most of the world became structured, and provide the evidence that significant historical events are either distorted or hidden from public view. I interpret legal terminology so the reader gets a full appreciation of the meaning of the legal meaning, as distinct from the ordinary definition of the word, and this is fundamental to enable a greater understanding. My books are an effort to enlighten people to the realities underlying our existence as contrasted with what we are led to believe to be true.

It is not that I am smart, but I stay with the questions much longer." Albert Einstein

    Foreword

Let me give you a brief introduction of who I am. I was in the legal profession for 15 years and practiced as a solicitor for 10 years until 2012. During this period I ran my own law practice for 6 years until I finally figured out what was wrong with the systems we live under. I’d been on a journey to gain a better understanding for several years trying to make sense of the world we live in, why we exist under the systems we do and why those systems didn’t work for the benefit of humanity. Over several years I read and researched, considered and analysed all aspects of the systems we exist under until finally, in 2012 I could prove the fundamental underlying reasons for the systems we live under. At that point I stopped practising as a solicitor and changed paths. I came to realise that the law and legal system is entirely a control system, that there is no justice in the system, the rule of law is merely a notion that applies to those who are ruled but not those who make the rules.

"Deep down, below the surface of the average man's conscience, he hears a voice whispering, ‘There is something not right,’ no matter how much his rightness is supported by public opinion or moral code." Carl Jung

I had researched the origin of the notion of authority, where it came from and why it is believed and wrote my first book entitled There is no Right to Rule, which exposes that all ideas of authority were assumed and then forced upon the people. How it was an elite group, the self-called ruling class, who assumed a right to rule and how they justified this assumption of authority. I also evidenced that everyone is the property of the state, when and how it occurred and how it continues to prevail without being apparent to anyone. It’s all evidenced by reference to the law, legal terminology, the circumstances surrounding how this came to be and the structure that was created to do this. I exposed this situation and explained how people can gain independence from the state system. In another book The 1,000 Years Deception I detail how we have been mislead by the control systems for millennia. In this book I further expose the control systems, those who have assumed authority, how they have operated, for what purpose and why they operate in this way. I can prove that all systems of authority have deliberately concealed their underlying purpose through conditioning people to believe in a distorted version of history what they want us to perceive as factual. How we have all been conditioned to believe in a notion of authority and to accept what the authorities tell us as being truth, when they know that it is not so.

I’m from an underprivileged background and through fortunate occurrences have moved forward in life in ways which I was aware were happening, yet without fully appreciating why I was having particular experiences. As I look back on my life I can see a synchronicity to my experiences which has led me to where I am today. I went to a Church of England school and attended church regularly as a child. I had a profound religious experience in another religious denomination when I was in my mid teens and came away from religion soon after, because religion simply didn’t make much sense to me. I gained an upper second class business degree with honours after studying 2 years part time, after which I ran a small business for a couple years until a sequence of events made me change paths to train to be a solicitor. After 3 years practising as a solicitor I opened my own law practice which I ran until I figured out and could prove that the whole legal and regulatory system was constructed for the purpose of control. With this clarity of understanding I stopped practicing and now write to share my knowledge with humanity. My close family and friends are not surprised with my change in direction, because they’ve been beside me on my life’s journey. People who don’t know me so well don’t know my journey, so wonder at the decision to give up a ‘profession’ that so many aspire to. But I never defined myself by my title: because I always knew it isn’t who I am I didn’t associate who I am with what I did. Who I am is not defined by any artificial label because it’s what I am that matters more. And I am simply a human being, one small part of the magnificent race of beings called the human race. And this is the only label of significance.

I have purposefully used lower case letters to delineate references to religion, religious ideology, ‘gods’ or any other appellation which is intended to denote high esteem or regard. Because it’s all a con.

    PART I – IT’S ALL ABOUT CONTROL

    Chapter 1 – Introduction

"We cannot change anything unless we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses." Carl Jung

This book will challenge everything you believe to be true, because we have been conditioned to believe in notions of authority. Bur all systems of authority have been built upon a massive CON against the people and I can prove it with the real evidence and within the legal frameworks we live under. Con – as a verb can be cons, conning or conned and means to persuade someone to do or believe something by lying to them. As a noun it is an instance of deceiving or tricking someone. All systems of authority are based on derivatives of the word Con: Conditioning, Control, Conquests, Conforming, Constitutions, Concepts, Consent and Contract. Because the fact is that everything we exist under revolves around these Cons. It’s all a Conspiracy and I will prove to you how so with evidence of all the Constructs. All of humankind has been treated with Contempt by the structures which have been set up by religious and monarchical factions for the purpose to control and subvert humanity. I know this is a bold opening statement but the evidence is there how we’ve been manipulated to believe so many things which are simply false constructs. And that I can prove we’ve been manipulated into believing falsehoods, I posed the question: so why have we been manipulated? The answer to that it seems is that we have been manipulated into believing in the Constructs which Control our lives, because without the manipulation none of these structures could exist. They can only endure as long as we are unaware that they are false, are fraudulent and have been built on deception.

Because if there were true legitimacy and validity in systems of control that they tell us are authorities, then there would be no need to lie to us about the origin and purpose of these constructs, would there? But the control systems deliberately misinform and conceal information and this alone must sound alarm bells in your mind. What if you found out that the significant principles supporting the concept of authority that we’ve been led to believe in are simply fabricated? That government, through the entire state education system, religions through religious indoctrination, in mainstream television programming, which reinforces false concepts, that they are all purposely concealing the facts and manipulating you to believe what they want you to believe. If you knew this to be so, then you would have to conclude that it is because they know that they are lying, that their systems are a fraud and they are misrepresenting themselves. Because if all the constructs of the system were valid, there would be no need for them to lie, would there? But they do lie; almost nothing they tell us of relevance or importance is true: practically none of it is. And I can prove it. The system of government is a fraud and what we are told in public education is full of omissions and untruths of matters which are of real significance. I should make clear that in my opinion the education system is not really educating, it’s conditioning children by replication. You see you can get almost everybody to believe the same thing if everyone accepts as true the same things everyone is told. And it is the reiteration required in conventional teaching which is reinforced generation after generation that has everyone believing what the system wants us to believe.

But the biggest Con of them all is religion; the greatest most insidious fraud that has been committed against humanity. And this means all the religions, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism, the five major religions and all the subsidiary religions that exist. Every religion is first and foremost a control system and is the most ominous because it is not perceived as such, yet every other system of authority follows on from a fundamental feature of religious dogma: a submission to the idea of some higher authority and being subservient to authority. When you consider the foundation of all religions they are all based on notions of submitting to the authority of religious leaders who have been given authority by gods that demand obedience and subservience by submitting to religious authority. And these expectations are constructed on false notion of ‘gods’. But these requirements of submitting to authority are necessary to uphold the fundamental purpose of religion which is for control, particularly for influencing your behaviour and your thinking. And as the religions have people locked into the idea of being obedient and submissive to authority, the broader concept of being submissive to any authority is easier to sustain in the minds of people. Alongside this practice one of the other fundamental ideologies that religions use as a method of control is the element of fear, which is also used to control one’s thoughts and beliefs. Because you won’t mis-step through fear that you will incur the wrath of any god; you won’t question or challenge the presumed authority given by ‘god’ and through fear you are obedient to what you perceive is the ‘word of god’. Within all the religious ideologies, people do as they’re told, what is expected and commanded of them, because of an element of fear in incurring the wrath of whatever ‘god’ demands it in their particular religion.

And the biggest con of all concerns the doctrine of christianity – the bible isn’t a history of anything, it is a work of fiction: it’s simply not true, it’s a made up story. No really. I’m not trying to be controversial or irreligious, but the fact is that the bible is a concoction of other religious stories which pre-date the creation of the christian religion. From what they tell us was the dawn of civilisation [which is also not true], circa 3500-4000 BC, there have been religions in Sumeria, ancient Egypt, Babylon and carried on through the ages to the Greek and Roman empires and to this day. Religion has been the intrinsic feature of all the great Conquering empires. And more precisely the decree of gods has been a feature of all the empires from what they say is the dawn of civilisation. And it is this idea of the will of the gods which is the basis for all hierarchical systems of rule. Since the notion of gods has been instilled in humanity the elite few have governed the many, the elite few hold the majority of the wealth, and the elite few dominate us all. And the few are always the religious class, monarchs and latterly other rulers who have assumed authority. But these latter rulers are not autonomous to the religions; they are inextricably linked to religions because the origin of authority stems from the religious idea and monarchs are always connected to the authority of the religions as are governments connected to the monarchs.

All empire building, which are technically conquests for control, are linked to the idea of gods and the concept of having the authority to act according to their ‘gods’ will. A true appreciation of real history shows this link, you can join the dots and see this pan out. The power and authority of the Roman empire was vast and it was on emperor Constantine’s creation that the Roman catholic religion came into existence. Before he created christianity, the Romans had their own religion called Mithraism and that empire itself was built on the notion of the will of their gods. And it’s the same notion of authority given by ‘gods’ that persists to this day. Let me highlight one example of nonsense which we all believe but does not make any sense when you break it down. We have two time periods, BC and AD and we live in times called AD. Christianity was created in 325AD, so the ruling empire must have designated a zero time point for the year crossing between AD and BC. If the Romans had their own religion and crucified Christ on the cross for his religious belief, why would they adopt his crucifixion and his name as the reference point for their newly created era? Why not create a new time period on the basis of the ruling emperor or one of their ‘gods?’ Do you see what I’m getting at? They apparently murdered Christ for being a threat to the authority of Rome yet used his death as the reference for a new time era during the time they had their own Mithraism religion. This was also apparently at the time they persecuted ‘christians,’ threw them to the lions in coliseums and other such tales. Yet there were no ‘christians’ before 325AD because the christian religion had not yet been created by Rome. So why would they designate time as representative of this rebel when they killed him for his views. That would be like the British empire changing a time period from AD to GF on the occasion of murdering Guy Fawkes for trying to blow up parliament. A rational enquiry must make you question on what basis the Romans would have used BC as a new era, because it simply makes no sense. If they created christianity and then designated what they decided was to be a new era as BC, then the creation of christianity would logically be the year zero, not 325AD. Can you see how it makes no sense, though we all accept the era of BC to be a given? Why we accept this as fact is because we are told it is so. But you see that it is nonsensical.

So the Roman empire replaced Mithraism and created the ‘christian’ religion, where the idea pertaining to some new ‘god’ was created, one who also demanded obedience and subservience to authority. Constantine’s council simply created the catholic religion based predominantly on their stories of Christ, and at the same time they plagiarised the books of Judaism (the Torah) and called it the Old Testament, a complete cut and paste job. Do you see how when you analyse things with a considered outlook things become more obvious. Christianity is a mix of Judaism and another story, that’s all it is. They took an existing story, added their own chapters and just like that they had a new religion to force upon people. The catholic church has been and is one of, if not the most powerful controlling institution on this planet, all built upon christian ideology which is simply a falsehood. Catholic for your information means universal or worldwide which is exactly what the purpose of the roman religion is for, worldwide dominance and control, as will be evidenced in later chapters. Let me throw this in for your consideration, what was it that gave the roman emperor the authority to create a new religion? What happened to all the other ‘gods’ the emperor’s previously worshipped, did they give him permission to replace them and create a new ‘god’ in their stead? Did the Roman ‘gods’ say unto Constantine, Listen to us oh faithful servant, we’ve had centuries of all this devotion, worship and sacrifices, we’re bored of it now, so we permit you go ahead and replace us with some new ‘god’ and make everyone worship him?

Let me say that I’m not an atheist, agnostic or ideologist: I just don’t assign myself with any labels or hold any dogmatic beliefs. All I do is look at the evidence and come to a conclusion on the basis of the facts. I don’t let any belief system get in the way of the facts because that would be foolhardy. I do believe in a Creator, but not in ‘gods’ from a religious perspective. A reading of the Old Testament which details acts of atrocities and demands for human sacrifices by various ‘gods’ clearly doesn’t suggest either a single nor balanced ‘gods’- they demand that you must sacrifice your first born child to ‘god’ to prove your devotion to him, you must make burnt offerings to ‘god’ as he loves the smell of burning flesh; these are just two demands of the Judaeo-christian ‘god.’ It’s simply crazy how people believe in the virtuousness of any deity that demands human sacrifices and absolute obedience, failing which that deity will bring all manner of wrath upon you and your future generations: failing which he will condemn you to an eternity of suffering in hell; one who demands never-ending worship. Think about it, why would anyone want to be absolutely obedient to such a vindictive and malicious ‘god’ in this life in order to spend an eternity with that ‘god’ in the afterlife, one who is evidently disturbed and malevolent? What will he demand when he’s got you FOREVER? I make these observations because religious people believe in their religious dogma with such vehemence because they’ve been indoctrinated to believe in it without question or analysis. But religion isn’t the truth of anything; period, and once people see it for what it is then the better for them it will be.

"In matters of religion it is very easy to deceive a man and very hard to undeceive him." Pierre Bayle, 1697

    I will show you how every structure based on authority exists in our lives for the purpose of Control. Religion was Constructed for control. Government was Constructed as a system of Consent to be ruled. Everything that is Constituted on a system of some authority and the basis upon which all the control systems operate is in Contract;
