About this ebook

There is No Right to Rule looks at many aspects of our legal and social systems and evidences that much of what we have been taught to believe as true is far from the true story. This book looks at what is law, what is legitimate and who are the lawmakers. It evidences that there is an elite group who have always held sway over systems of laws and legality, what is called the ruling class. How all those who made up the institution of government are from the aristocratic class and are still so to this day. How what we are told is democratic government is anything but and how less than 4% of the population had the right to vote until 1928. That it was only the landowning male class who had any right to vote - no woman or non-landowning males could vote, which excluded 96% of the population for 300 years. I evidence what is a social contract and what is consent.

I also evidence how the aristocratic class had legislated that slavery was 'legal' and when they abolished slavery in 1834 they agreed to compensate the slave owners for the loss of their 'property,' to the equivalent of £15billion. What no-one knows is that the slave owners were the parliamentarians themselves: they voted to compensate themselves for the loss of their 'property.' You will read how the compensation funds were raised and what was used as collateral for the loan.

What is more enlightening is the simultaneous parliamentary bill for the registration of births, deaths and marriages. When you read who were instrumental in bringing this bill you will understand a fundamental truth underlying our existence from that date to this. I go on to specify key legal definitions to enable you to understand what words mean in legal terms as against the ordinary meaning of the word. I define what is a 'person' and ask whether you are a human being or a corporation. Because when you understand legal terminology you know what these words really mean.

After providing all the evidence I conclude with a synopsis that will enable you to piece together the puzzle that you never knew existed.

I obtained an upper second class business studies degree with honours after two years study and went on to successfully complete two post graduate diplomas in law before going on to train as a solicitor. I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and after working in a firm for three years opened my own legal practice in 2006. From 2010 I was studying, researching and critically analysing the basis and foundation of the legal system, to get a better appreciation of the systems which control our lives. When studying law they tell you what the law says but they never tell you what it IS. In 2012, after much independent research I could evidence something fundamental about the government and the legal system which challenged everything I'd held to be true. I knew then I could no longer practice as a solicitor so closed my practice and ceased practicing law. I launched a website highlighting some fundamental and unpleasant truths about the systems which govern us and now write books to evidence the control structures underlying our existence and for which people are mainly unaware of. I diligently research the religious, political, social and legal history from a western European perspective, because it is under these models how most of the world became structured, and provide the evidence that significant historical events are either distorted or hidden from public view. I interpret legal terminology so the reader gets a full appreciation of the meaning of the legal meaning, as distinct from the ordinary definition of the word, and this is fundamental to enable a greater understanding. My books are an effort to enlighten people to the realities underlying our existence as contrasted with what we are led to believe to be true.

    About the Author

    Foreword

I could tell you that there is no right to rule, anywhere: it just isn’t real. But you wouldn’t simply accept that because it goes against everything we’ve been taught to believe. So in this book I’ll provide the evidence. Before I go on let me give you a brief introduction of who I am. I was in the legal profession for 15 years and practiced as a solicitor for 10 years until 2012. During this period I ran my own law practice for 6 years until I eventually figured out what was wrong with the entire systems we exist under. I’d been on a journey for several years trying to understand the world we live in, why we exist under the systems we do and why those systems didn’t work for the benefit of humanity. Over several years I’ve read and researched, considered and analysed so many aspects of the governmental and legal systems until, finally in 2012 I figured out what the fundamental underlying reasons were for the systems we live under. At that point I closed my firm, stopped practising as a solicitor and switched paths. I came to realise that the law and legal system is entirely a control system, that there is no justice in the system, the rule of law is merely a notion that applies to those who are ruled but not those who make the rules.

I researched the origin of the notion of authority, where it came from and why it is believed and in this book expose that all ideas of authority were assumed and then forced upon the people. How it was an elite group, the self-called ruling class, who assumed a right to rule and how they justified this assumption of authority. I also evidence how everyone is the property of the state, when and how it occurred and how it continues to prevail without being apparent to anyone. It’s all evidenced by reference to the law, legal terminology, the circumstances surrounding how this came to be and the structure that was created to do this and I go on to give details as to how people can assert their independence from the state system. In another book entitled It’s All a Con, I provide further evidence of the set up of control structures by those who assumed authority, how they operate and for what purpose. I can evidence how all systems of authority have deliberately concealed their underlying purpose through conditioning people to believe in a distorted version of history that they want us to perceive as factual. How we have all been conditioned to believe in a notion of authority and to accept what authorities tell us as being truth, when they know that it is not so. Another book is entitled The 1,000 Years Deception which details how the deception continues to be perpetuated. I’ve written a book entitled The Dawn of Civilisation which covers the circumstances and synchronicities which were prevalent in every single civilisation which sprung up across the world at the so-called dawn of civilisation and which persists to this day. The facts are far more interesting than the misrepresented version of events.

I’m from an underprivileged background and through fortunate occurrences have moved forward in life in ways which I was aware were happening, yet without fully appreciating why I was having particular experiences. As I look back on my life I can see a synchronicity to my experiences which has led me to where I am today. I went to a church of England school and attended church regularly as a child. I had a profound religious experience in another religious denomination when I was in my mid teens and came away from religion soon after, because religion simply didn’t make much sense to me. I gained an upper second class business degree with honours after studying two years part time, after which I ran a small business for a couple years until a sequence of events made me change paths to train to be a solicitor. After a few years practising I opened my own law firm which I ran until I figured out and could prove that the entire political, legal, social and regulatory system was constructed for the purpose of control. And with this clarity of knowing I stopped practicing and now write to share my insight with humanity.

    Introduction

I was a solicitor by profession but stopped practising in 2012 when I realised that the legal system is fundamentally flawed. I couldn’t quite put my finger on what was wrong with it but I knew of and had experienced aspects of the system which gave rise for serious concern. There didn’t appear to be any justice within the system. For many years I’d had this feeling the system wasn’t right and had said to associates that, although I was practising law I somehow felt it wasn’t what I was supposed to be doing any more. I wasn’t sure what it was I was supposed to do with my legal background but knew I’d gone into law for good reasons and thought my experiences in the legal system now had some other purpose. What I knew for sure was that my legal background was a key component in my life but my time for practising law was at an end.

In 2010 I had an epiphany, a moment of absolute clarity, when I knew implicitly that not only were the legal systems flawed, but the entire structures we live under were defective in so many ways. It was clear the systems we exist under does not benefit the general population; people were still struggling to survive and many living in poverty. I didn’t have the answers then but knew there was something inherently and fundamentally wrong with government and other systems of authority. And like so many people I wanted to make some sense of the world we lived in so I started to look for answers. I wanted to know why things were the way they were, why in the 21st century people were homeless, struggling to live, in debt and other like issues. I wanted to know why government didn’t seem to work, why there were continual cycles of recessions where people lost their jobs, their homes and those in work generally had less their disposable income because of pay freezes and tax rises imposed by government to deal with national debt. Why hadn’t governments found the formula to prevent periodic cycles of boom and bust? Why was there so much national and personal debt? Why didn’t governments print money instead of relying on the banks to print money? In fact, what is money? These and many other questions started coming to mind. I wanted to find the answers because the world we lived in didn’t make any sense.

"Deep down, below the surface of the average man's conscience, he hears a voice whispering, There is something not right, no matter how much his rightness is supported by public opinion or moral code." Carl Jung

So I am a solicitor by profession, a career I went into after obtaining a business degree and running a small business for a few years. But once I began to look at the law from an alternative perspective to what I’d been taught, things began to reveal themselves in ways I could not have expected. I began to see there was no justice in the legal system and the notion of justice was a concept that wasn’t within the system. And if there was no justice I then wondered if there was a way out of the overwhelming dominance and control the system of law had in people’s lives. I contemplated if there was something within the legal framework which could possibly assist to help people from the overwhelming influence the law had over us. And it was during the period when I was thinking about the whole system of law that an opportunity presented itself where I was invited to do a radio show on a community radio station. I agreed and it was decided that I would do a legal information show helping people to understand the law and legal system.

The law is very complex as most people are aware, so I had to take things back to the fundamentals to get people to understand the basic principles of the law. This simple objective would take some time to achieve as the foundation of law, its origins and systems are several and detailed. In preparing for each show I considered the principles of law in different areas and arranged the show on the basis of bringing people through in terms of their understanding. This was important because the language of law is distinct to the ordinary definition of a word. Two points became apparent in my mind, firstly I began to question why it was that the law had a unique language which people didn’t understand; secondly why was it that government would create a system of law which was incomprehensible to the majority of people, but do nothing to help people understand or know the law. A key question for me was this why isn’t law taught in schools? as the law is complicated and there are thousands of new laws introduced each year. And yet nowhere are the public adequately informed of the laws, the legal system or the consequences of breaking laws. Because for almost every law that relates to the individual there is a punishment for a breach; to force people to comply with them and often the punishments are financial. Why is this? What is the purpose and the significance of this system of laws and punishments?

So I began to look for answers. I began to think outside of what I was told to believe. When one is studying law you are told what the law says but you are never taught what the law is. I began to think what the law is, what is its purpose, what is it designed for and for whose benefit? These questions led me on a journey where I made some discoveries within the law. During my search for answers people said, "You’re on the right path", and "Your training as a lawyer will not be wasted". I didn’t know what the second comment meant until now. I went into law for good reason but I knew it was no longer for the purpose of defending people against the system. It became clear that my legal background was fundamental to understanding the language and the systems of law so I could comprehend the foundations and structure of our legal system. This book is a compilation of what I’ve found after several years of researching and scrutinising the legal and other systems which had existed which have dominated our lives. I have purposefully used a lower case lettering to delineate all the controlling institutions such as the Pope, Church, Catholicism, Christianity, Parliament, House of Lords, Lord, God etc – because all these appellations are intended to denote status and importance, which I do not afford them as they are all part of the structure which says they have a right to rule. The reasons their declarations are not true will become evident throughout this book.

Walk with me as I take you on this journey

And as I talk, please stay with me

I’ll open your perception to what is reality

And when my talking ends you can be free.

Because this is a truth for humanity

    And to unlock the door we must have the key;

Its time for us to be free from this captivity

And together we can shape our destiny.

PART I – THE BIG ISSUES

Chapter 1 – What Divine Right to Rule

Where did the idea come from that there is some divine right to rule? Where did the idea originate that there are people who have some god given right to rule over others? Why is it that we believe that there are those who have authority over us because it was given to them by some god? If you read any religious book they make reference to priests being gifted, in some way, by their god with a divine right to rule. The religious class, who are always connected to the monarchs, then use this notion as the justification for the authority of the monarchs. You will know that in christianity there is a concept of a divine right to rule and there is probably the same idea in other religious books of some god who has granted the religious class charge of others, with certain responsibilities they must carry out in whatever their god is in their absence, until that god returns.

If you’re not religious or have no knowledge of christian doctrine, then where does the notion originate that monarchs have some right to rule, or governments for that matter? You see I’m curious as to where these notions have come from and why they are believed. Within society there is a common acceptance of the belief of the notion of authority, whether that authority is with monarchs, of government or of religious leaders. Why is it that everyone seems to believe in the concept that there are those who, either by parentage or because of some religious or state title have the right to rule over others? Why is it that everyone believes that government has the authority to control our lives in any way they see fit, whether their laws or political ideologies are against your interest or has no benefits to the public at large? What has caused billions of people across the world to succumb to the idea of some authority which has some right to dictate how they must live their lives? The answer is that this state of affairs exists purely as a consequence of religious doctrines, through monarchs and latterly governments. But it is through catholicism and christianity in particular where the dogma of the religion has been instilled into the minds of people that the priests are somehow closer to god and the only way to god is through them. You see not only are there the pronouncements that one must submit to the authority of religious leaders, there are also rules or commandments they must obey within their religion, failing which they will anger or displease their god and consequently be damned on death to some burning hell for eternity. And that threat of eternal damnation is a very powerful tool to compel people to submit to authority of the religions and conform to religious doctrine.

It’s my analysis that there never was and isn’t any god given right to rule granted by any god to any pope, priest, imam, rabbi or any monarch for that matter, every declaration of a right to rule has been assumed on the basis of religious dogma. The pope by the way is deemed to be a monarch so is of the same category as any other self-proclaimed king or queen. And the proclamation of which monarchs assert that they have some right to rule by being born into a so-called royal bloodline is plainly absurd, yet is accepted as being legitimate for millennia. And quite frankly, why the people willingly accept this notion is beyond my comprehension. But let’s assume for a moment that some god had given a person the right to rule, because he favoured their blood; call it blue blood if you like. If that were true and a family had been selected to rule, by some god, then there would be one family within a distinct territory with that royal bloodline, because god would have put them there, right. And if so placed then why have there been throughout history so many wars for the assumption of the right to rule over different territories, particularly on this point referencing European monarchs? The last thousand years of European history bears this out and its history is dominated by different royal factions going to war with each other to assume the role of ruler in different territories. And if some god had given divine decree to kings over some bloodline, then where does the pope fit in regarding this idea? Because the criteria the catholic church uses for choosing a pope is wholly different to that stipulated as justification to rule by other monarchs. Because a pope is selected by the vote of cardinals, so he’s not chosen by any god, he’s chosen by a group of men wearing gowns. I hope you’re with me when I say none of this makes any sense. If god owns planet Earth and left some personage in charge in his absence why would he create so many kings, knowing they would war for supremacy (because god knows everything, right?). Or, if he did bestow upon them some right to rule, why didn’t they stick to their own territory instead of crusades and conquests for empire building? And while I’m on this train of thought, what is god doing for the people whilst his various popes and monarchs are instigating brutal war campaigns, murdering innocent people I the process, whilst his servants seek to subjugate and control others? I mean where is he, what’s he doing whilst people are being slaughtered so some monarch can assume sovereignty in some land and then declare right to rule? It makes no sense because the whole concept is nonsense.

The fact is that no monarchs, particularly the pope, have any god given right to rule. Nor do any person of whatever religious persuasion have any direct links to god or are acting as gods right hand man so to speak, so that everyone must go through a priest to be able to connect with god. And to further dispel this ridiculous idea of self-serving proclamations of authority, we have to include the idea of governments. Government is merely an institution, the same as within religions, where some groups of men have set themselves up as authorities and instilled in people, through fear and force, the idea that they have the right to rule over us. But none of it is true and none of it is right. There is no real authority of anyone over anyone regardless of their repeated insistence that there is: it’s all a fallacy. The truth is that it is foremost the religions, along with monarchs and in now government which have been constructed as systems wholly for the purpose of control. I will evidence in this book many things which expose these systems and outline our wrongly held beliefs which are inextricably attached to their ideologies and doctrines: their idea that we must submit to their authority. I will outline why there simply are no authorities that have any right to control anyone. What we’ve been manipulated to believe as being authority are nothing of the sort: they are created institutions for the purpose of dominance though we’ve been fed the myth they are legitimate and established by some
