FOREWORD

In this book, 2009 updates and exerts regarding entrapment scenarios and ruse events, initially presented in three books published by Xlibris, have been consolidated and conclusions drawn by the author, considering events in the three book, shared in this one comprehensive book. A consolidation of dastardly events of presumably Government Quacks, Dolts and Animositors of every stripe that should prove useful, for edi6cation of readers interested in the events. Such interested parties may not have purchased the other books-this one book will bring all interested parties up to speed-plus share the new, exciting, patented game of Three Hand Pinochle the author is the patent holder.

The Author strongly suggest there are Government system gamers who unduly violate constitutional rights of Law abiding citizens as if the constitutional rights are only presumptions in second place to system gamers mental masturbation conclusions easily provable to either have investigative merit- or not! Conclusions that with current technology-Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging-can be ruled wholly appropriate or squeaking lower bottom voices before Law Abider rights are infringed upon. So far, Government appears to refuse to undertake utilization of the new fmri technology, so as to ensure it is part and parcel to proper activity of Government-Law abiders want to change this apparent reality.

The current situation renders Government violators of Law abider constitutional rights to be factually operating under a false color of authority, but they are protected by intransigence of Government so as to be un-challengeable for damage to Law abiders. The author suggest this is an unsavory result that occurs primarily because the solution of merit, fmri, undercuts those feeding off of the legal system [lawyers/EEOC Judges] skilled in obfuscating truths through fictionalizing non-fiction events rendering truths to be an opinion. Phil Duse says-proven truths should rule absolutely in the same manner as DNA truths, this is the reality of truth possible today with fmri.

Law abiders deserve an option to automatically have contentious initiatives of Government resources held up for challenge as to appropriateness utilizing fmri technology to 6rst test targeted victim of current investigative processes. Phil Duse, as a long-suffering victim, volunteers to participate in initiatives to force use of fmri technology.

The last chapter deals with hit men wanting to harm the author, but 6nally the prospect of their identity being uncovered, with fmri technology, is a reality regardless of obfuscating entities wanting to protect the guilty.

Finally, Let the Truth be Known:

This issue is a beginning without an end, but thoroughly explored in three books authored by the complaining victim Phillip M. Duse Sr.: (1) EEOC: The Real Deal, (2) (2004: Phil Duse Versus the Tyranny of DOD/DOJ) and (3) False Color of Authority Government Hit Men, Published by Xlibris. The U. S. News media and TV investigative shows, 2020 and 48 Hours, to include Brain Fingerprinting testing facilities [CEPHOS Corporation and No Lie MRI Inc.] have been advised of Phil's concerns regarding constitutional prohibitions ignored by Quacks and Dolts plying their subterfuge trade to entrap, without even a waft of merit.

Activity to no avail in terms of achieving their entrapment goal(s)-but why do they continue, what are they trying to prove? The news media, unfortunately, prefers other newsworthy events of higher public interest, it's their call. But, in that constitutional issues abridged were neither questioned nor enforced by management obligated to investigate [top secret environment] and they could have utilized latest truth testing technology [Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, fmri] to ameliorate all concerns regarding violating Phil's rights against unwarranted Governmental tyranny-but they didn't. As a result of no action to resolve tabled concerns-suit all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court (Writ or Certiorari: Case No. 00-1437 & CA-99-1400-A)-it is clear government Quacks/ Dolts have been successfully gaming the legal system for years-at Phil's expense-with impunity!

The question of Why no investigate action on constitutional issues presented in the three books comes to the fore-undue protection has been afforded violators, probably to ensure the issues are not brought to the public arena-meaning no possibility of justice for Phil? Therefore, this fourth book to bring out all of the issues under one cover-let the chips fall where they may.

Unfortunate to Phil's reasonable aspirations and expectations, it is just to apparent that Government Quacks and Dolts are permitted to engage in subterfuge and deceptive interface scenarios without possibility of legal challenge; they never achieved even a modicum of success [called stuck on stupid] indicating they are not dealing in reality and will not until a challenge with consequence is brought to the table. Yes, it is the permissiveness in societal rules that tell Quacks they can continue to ply their trade regardless of damage to their victim(s); whatever the rule it does not pass the most basic smell test when there has been no criminality-on the part of this target-who has always agreed to undergo test of his veracity to whatever claims by Brain Fingerprinting test. One can only speculate on the true goal of the perpetrating Quacks and Dolts here? More importantly, what is the solution to prevent its continuation and how do we compensate this victim and those similarly situated?

Remember, controversial issues in the above books are easily resolvable utilizing the latest truth testing technology. The technology is available-but it is apparent discovering the truth is not and was not the issue driving Quack ruse/investigative activity, leaving the true issue to be Quacks/ Dolts intend to harm Phil Duse any way they can. The activity in question is a demonstration of logic of presumed smart guys and probable LDPs, [little dick people] as defined in False Color of Authority, that it is they who define and assign minority rights! It is obvious that such assumptions are without legal merit, therefore, neither proper nor correct in this century. So why would any citizen follow Quack logic and not the US constitution, it becomes a huge issue? Is it because historically, tooting their own horn, they claim to know best? Reality, though, indicates issues of yore resident in American style racism [of the many types in the world] play the major role! Phil Duse, over the decades, laughs and flips them the bird, knowing the correct bottom line is the long standing demented concepts of debased Americans, who still don't respect [accept/understand] successful law abiding minorities such as Phil-who defines his success in life as in no mortgage, no credit card debt; no car payment and married more than 44 years-presumably unlike typical presumed smart guy/ gal Quacks/Dolts who hide their involvement when perpetrating ruses to ensure they can't be challenged: yes fmri can change their assumptions.

Phil presumes that at some point in the future: other victims similarly situated in this society will also strive to expose or uncover Dolts and Quacks ruses by forcing them to disprove veracity of their victims [those claiming innocents] through fmri-before anyone turns the last page of edification interest to warn citizenry of this Governmental investigative reality of no merit. Until then, law abiding citizenry must continue to discus this issue to garner resolutions for the future and to devise prohibitions with consequence to properly manage Quack directed activity, to ensure it is based on tested truths and not speculation, as in squeaking bottom mental masturbation.

In this book we explore Quack and Dolt actions/beliefs in terms of their obvious true life shortcomings, and by so doing highlight historical under penning not acceptable to the vast majority of normal [non-criminal] US citizenry: as the bottom line indicates this is Quack logic in play that has survived in its present form since the days of slavery and Jim-Crow, in spite of the myriad positive social changes in American life-Quacks and Dolts still don't get it and they never will if we don't hold their feet to the fire utilizing Brain Fingerprinting testing as a minimum. Remember, it is not Americans per se, it is uniquely Quack and Dolt LDPs [fighting their personal demons] who hide amongst normal Americans in order to ply their trade, as if it is justified by some ridiculous form of manifest destiny as in that's just the way it is-but it isn't.

Note their tactics: surreptitious electronic surveillance of his home, computer and vehicles [under obvious false authority whatever their claim]. Girly ruses [based on long standing logic that white females are like Kryptonite to black males] as if they were speaking for essentially all white females-certainly not the scores of females-of all hues-Phil copulated with during 20 years in the military, serving overseas in Europe, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan-China and stateside in Washington State, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas, after initial training in Georgia and South Carolina .

As previously stated, most Americans are intelligent enough to view the aforementioned Quack logic as that resident in past justifications for slavery and Jim-crow. Now that that kind of behavior is essentially outlawed [among normal Americans] it continued to evolve through Quack logic to its current tactic to employ Quack assets to perpetrate continual deceptive interfaces to bring about strife with the goal of creating a coin toss scenario of he said/she said or heads they win tails you lose, to justify their preconceived notions on acceptable behaviors-for minorities! Those who buy into the logic also probably bought shares to the Brooklyn Bridge and prime lake front property in Las Vegas.

Strife in interfaces, as experienced by Phil, has been a recognizable tactic turning on the obvious deceptiveness among those they encourage to seek an upper hand [whatever that means] when interfacing with him-Phil maintains arms length in such interfaces regardless of perception of positive or negative intent or we are smart and you are not [the true issue is the difference between smart versus knowledgeable they may be smart [as in ready to appear of Jeopardy] but are certainly not knowledgeable enough to understand book smarts alone do not replicate experience and smarts gained from hands on real-life endeavors-remember every job Phil had the person with the job asked for Phil and not a presumed smart guy/gal.

In the final analysis, their ruse activity represent classic examples of defamation and entrapment without legal justification, mental masturbation may have a place but it does not suffice to replace reality-now provable by fmri testing. Whatever Quacks believe [as it regards Phil Duse] his past experience counterplotting their ruse resources support normal Americans engaged in normal life activities do not expect or invite their ruse activity-it is Quack/Dolt mental shortcoming at play not reality of necessary action to achieve a merit-able goal. Fortunately, written rules are still the rules that apply; Phil knows their tactics, however intended, are just not representative of proper expectations for lawful American life styles-merely demented expressions of Quacks and Dolts living in logic of yesteryears.

But, with enthusiasm and high hopes for the future, exposing the activity will ultimately lead to its condemnation, so as to ensure we legally discard such ill advised Quack and Dolt activity. Phil believes it is a type of activity no longer appropriate, without challenge, for this new century that has developed truth detecting technological innovations on par with uncontroversial DNA test results.

Through Brain Fingerprinting, we can now clearly discern when ones mouth disagrees with ones brain, the future is now. Innocents can more easily counter falsities in statements [such as EEOC Agency Articulations] and defamation of investigating prevaricators where they presume it is appropriate to continue to infer or act to assign Miscreant Behavior on the part of Persons of Color [read here successful like Phil Duse] regardless of evidence to the contrary disproving this target is a person who behaves today or in the past criminally or viciously.

The bottom line: to the uninformed the activity is rank speculation perpetrated by Quacks and Dolts [persons believing their concepts of smart equal reality] in order to Game the legal system knowing targets are powerless to stop them! They may be smart as defined above but certainly not sufficiently knowledgeable in comparison with worldly professionals like Phil possessing greater relevant experiences derived from a multitude of work endeavors and societal interfaces on reality issues requiring more knowledge than the smarts required to-write a term paper but could not write a book!

Phil says "the past does not automatically flow into the future, but for certain innocents need to ensure Quack directed resources know when they are operating under false colors of authority by mandating use of latest technology in conjunction with decisions to investigate by perpetration of ruses to create a crime, as opposed to development of evidence to uncover a crime. And when the ruse can not be justified, compensate victims harmed by such unjustifiable logic--examples will be addressed later. See **

It is understood that: all Americans have uniqueness based on social and political developments in the area of the country they evolved from. Success in this country can be viewed as an obvious result of quality of resources available to some compared with resources available to others in the same community/environment and religious mandates that guide [presumably] appropriate behavior. The uniqueness affords advantages to some that are just not available to the disenfranchised, who ever they are-but success is available to the disenfranchised, too, when they work harder in spite of life's obstacles to acquire skills useful to move up the latter of prosperity. An upper hand or a kind of Better Pedigree Assumption will emerge to ensure hard workers in general will reach higher rungs on prosperity's latter-like Phil Duse. Yes criminals are found at the higher rungs, too, i.e., certainly those driven by greed and avarice and not fidelity to laws first, but that is a reality left for others to write about-Phil will stick with unsupportable concerns driven by Quacks and Dolts.

Without quibbling about genes or environmental or social and class inhibitions to success all Americans, nevertheless, possess sufficient freedom of action in decision making to engage in acceptable behaviors to lead lawful American lives [later we discuss this in terms of Quack actions that outright inhibit American rights to at least not be encumbered by Quacks/Dolts as if the sordid racisms of yesteryears should apply today. To better understand this issue, we need to speak to noteworthy lessons Phil learned in professional interactions in military and civilian environments [no inner city-hood logic] that uniquely define Normal as conformance to rules versus Quack concepts of we don't respect you. What is Right is definable here by noting how Right has many Fathers [assumptions on what is appropriate] that can differ greatly on the same issue(s)-so which Right is the best right can be confused with which road" one is to take when contemplating differing views of Fathers Le., legal, moral or demented as in inner city hood or its counterpart Quack preference(s) neither of which are found in laws mandated by and acceptable to the majority of lawful citizens in the U.S. society.

For Example: Over the years of psychological development in the US and military assignments in other societies [Europe, Korea, Vietnam, China], Phil discovered having evolved from humble beginnings in inner city Pittsburgh, PA was not an un surmountable hindrance to acquiring status at the higher levels of professionalism in the military (Logistician) or to acquiring professional status in civilian life (Senior Government Contract Property Administrator) to command a respectable six figure family salary.

As a professional soldier-success in retiring after 20 years in the Army [Chief Warrant Officer]-and then as a civilian performing in similar logistical related careers in Government, beginning at grade GS 11, reaching GMI4, before retiring again [at 13 grade level], combining military time with
