There was even a game within the game, as Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope returned to L.A. for the first time since getting traded to D.C. for Russell Westbrook. And LeBron James put up 50, which was certainly item #1 on the importance scale. With his finger on the pulse of this game and this crowd, LeBron ran roughshod all over the Wizards, particularly in a third quarter where he put up 19. He was also in full-on "entertainer" mode, which the fans ate up, and his teammates fed off. All in all, a very needed victory, and a rare night where the Lakers were, dare we say, very entertaining.
