Introduction
Indians and Chinese are known for their variety of cuisine. Both these countries have their original dishes with exotic flavors and tastes.
If Indian dishes are spicy and hot, Chinese dishes are mouth-watering and more nourishing. It does not mean that Indian dishes are not nourishing. On the contrary, they are full of butter, ghee, and milk.
Indo-Chinese dishes use special spices and herbs, thus giving them their unique and exotic flavor. Most of the spices used in these dishes have their herbal qualities, besides making the dishes tastier.
In this book we have presented some of the quick dishes which can be prepared in just a few minutes. Even a layman can cook these dishes without much fuss. So be your own chef and enjoy these delicacies.
