      Introduction

      It’s undeniable. Everything is better with bacon. We know this intuitively because we’ve heard this in North American households since we were children. And I can tell you it’s a fact, because as I researched this cookbook, and tested or adapted some of the newer recipes, everything DID taste better when bacon was added to the equation.

      From appetizers to entrées, salads to soups, pastas to desserts, bacon cooking is simply delish. No bacon cookbook would be complete without the BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich), the PB&B (peanut butter and bacon sandwich), the BDC (bacon double cheeseburger), and I just had to add the BWBWBB (bacon wrapped bacon with bacon bits), just to satiate those late night bacon cravings.

      The four benefits of this book are:

      1)  Bacon is in every recipe;

      2)  Short, simple recipes;

      3)  I’m a dude, so I purposely cut down on the number of words; and

      4)  Did I mention bacon is in every recipe?

      Warning. Eating bacon every day can be bad for your health. Bacon consumption should be accompanied by a balanced diet and regular workout routine. Nuff said.

      Alright then. I will stop wasting time on frivolous introductions and caveats now, so we can get to Manly cooking with Bacon.
