INTRODUCTION

Know Thyself = Know Yourself = Your Numbers Your Journey

This book is about anyone on their quest to seek, explore and discover themselves. As Socrates stated Know Thyself or in modern terms to Know Yourself.

The first most important step in life is to study you. As a child you had that thirst, curiosity and love for life. As an adult many people have lost that curiosity. Indeed you may have lost that curiosity.

In my seeking for Universal Sacred Wisdom, as a student and teacher a similar pattern began to form. My ability to ask better questions and cross reference enabled me to recognize patterns. You may have heard of this as pattern recognition.

The gift for numbers and the speed I had for simple time tables as a 10 year old where I would beat the class and then the teacher, would meet me again 26 years later with the wisdom of the Celestial Bodies.

With the relentless pursuit I have for validation, I came across a quick system to Know Yourself, which encompasses both psychology and biology, of which biology has many subdivisions including anatomy and physiology. The ability I had to drop my ego and absorb information allowed me to formulate my own awareness. I can also teach you this formula.

The first step is to apply The ESP code. This is an acronym for Essence|Soul|Purpose.

This is a sequence of numbers that can breakdown your psychology and biology, your own awareness of the mind and inner living being. It can give your own breakthrough. So many people do not truly know with precision their why, and hence their soul does not resonate with their body and mind.

The day you were born is important. The day numbers show you why you were born is an awakening to who you really are.

The deeper you go in knowing yourself is what Your Numbers Your Journey is all about. Think of an onion that you peel it makes your eyes go watery. The same occurs when you study you and reflect back. Emotions rise to the surface with each layer you peel. Fear comes up due to the subconscious mind recognizing patterns and the protection wall comes up. Your goal is to breakthrough those emotions and continue on your journey.

You want to be in control of your destiny and master your emotions and become a more balanced person.

One thing you need to become good at, is discerning information and knowledge.  You can do this by using the FEDD principle. An acronym for Filter|Evaluate|Discern|Discard. You then master the pearls of wisdom that remain.

This is what To Measure Is To Treasure is about. You want to go through life asking better questions and hence get better clarity. Always cross reference with at least three reputable primary source materials. However make sure when you do cross reference you don’t compare apples to oranges, you must compare true apples with apples.

You will then identify your strengths and weaknesses and explore your new talents.

Universal Sacred Wisdom is about selecting the gold nuggets of wisdom from reputable people with integrity anywhere around the world. These little nuggets here and there help shape who you are and allow you to keep you on track.

The ancient cultures had such profound wisdom and the remains of which are still here as you can observe the ruins, or even current tribal cultures anywhere in the world.

The ancient Greeks also have had a big impact on the western world with philosophy and medicine and everything in between. This also, has had a ripple effect on the Eastern World.

A common theme across all ancient wisdom, science, cultures, and sites are the use of mathematics, physics and science. You may or may not be aware of The Pi Ratio, The Phi Ratio, and the Pythagorean Theorem. These ratios have been used all across the world in ancient buildings. They are also intertwined in nature everywhere on earth and the universe.

The ancient cultures also looked to the stars with the study of the Celestial Bodies to get profound wisdom.

Along your journey you may want to expand as a person and seek others to be  students and teachers. Elevate Collaborate is your beginning to ascend towards spirituality. You will want to seek, explore and discover people to guide, help and advise you at each step of your journey. Remember these people are your nuggets to piece together your puzzle, not there’s.

With seeking to better yourself do not underestimate the power of the mind and the relationship of the subconscious and conscious mind. There is a 10:1 ratio in favour of the subconscious mind. That is it outweighs the conscious mind by 90%, in relation to your decisions and habits. This builds the foundation for your psychology and biology. Therefore, you may want to pay a lot more attention to the subconscious mind.

Also, do not underestimate the power of natural foods as a healing tool. Again you can read all the ancient texts from Hippocrates to the Bible to the many countless books on Health. Earth has
