Author

Julia James

Mills & Boon novels were Julia James' first "grown-up" books she read as a teenager, and she's been reading them ever since. She adores the Mediterranean and the English countryside in all its seasons and is fascinated by all things historical, from castles to cottages. In between writing she enjoys walking, gardening, needlework and baking "extremely gooey chocolate cakes" and trying to stay fit! Julia lives in England with her family.

Bizarre encounter between Eve and Sasha/Sofi. Seemed like another manipulative move by the H to win over the h.

This isn't my idea of romance. The main male character was a judgemental a-hole who set out to destroy n diminish the h, sexually. I was watching ID the same night I read this, and an FBI criminal profiler described everything he did to the h. The profile was for a sexual sadist. Who writes an H that way? A man, a masochist, or a narcisistic psycho who gets off knowing women read this n think its "romance". The only redeeming thing about this book is when the h tells off the alleged H. Good. But she should've kept going.

i do not like the stpry plot at all.... she shouldnt have forgiven him that easily for treating her like a whore... she should have made him suffer as well, its only fitting
