Nowadays, we live in an incredible world. New technology offers us all the knowledge of the world. We live in a world where everything seems possible and where we can have, within the same lifetime, multiple experiences in many areas. This was unthinkable a couple of generations ago.
However, on the other hand, we have become ultra sedentary, and most of the time, we are disconnected with the rhythms of nature. Without elaborating more on the subject matter, we live in an environment that is polluted (be it in the air, water, chemical food, the excess of sugar intake, drugs, plastics and other unnatural products).
Facing these constant agressions, our body only has two options: either to store or eliminate them.
Yet our maladjusted behaviors disharmonizes this subtle balance, and, in most cases, we unfortunately store these varied toxins on a much grander scale than eliminating them.
