Anne Litwin, PhD, is president of Anne Litwin & Associates and has been an organizational development consultant, trainer, and executive coach for more than thirty years. She consults with a variety of Fortune 100 and 500 companies around the world, as well as to nonprofits and international NGOs. She helps organizations increase productivity and attract and retain talent by creating inclusive work environments where different perspectives are valued. Litwin’s lifelong interest in the unique dynamics among women in a wide range of work environments and cultures is at the forefront of her research aimed at unlocking myths about women’s work relationships and providing practical steps for change.
