    The whole wheat bread I never liked much, but then I tasted the bread case for trunk full of white mill and I have had to think again, it was good. After discovering that the dough was made entirely from whole wheat flour, I started work to try to do it, I was just afraid that the taste is too strong, and do not, and was delicious. This mixture is well suited for both breakfast served with jam and cream.

    Ingredients

    400 grams of wheat flour

    200 ml of water

    10 g of fresh yeast

    2 teaspoons of salt

    1 tablespoon of honey

    40 g of vegetable oil

    How to Make

    Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with honey and lukewarm water.

    Add the flour and begin to knead. Then add the oil and salt and knead to a soft dough. Let rise for 2 hours.

    Now resume the dough and roll it out with your hands by giving it a rectangular shape the size of the mold.

    Roll up the dough and then put it in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let rise for an hour.

    Brush the bread with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Bake for 30 minutes.
