    Introduction

    Juicing is the process of extracting the juice from different fruits and vegetables and drinking the juice instead of eating the whole fruit and vegetable raw or cooked. Juicing is now a popular method of consuming fruits and vegetables because of several reasons. One, juicing makes it easy for people to consume vegetables especially if they don’t love the taste of these foods. Since juicing just means gulping down the juice instead of chewing it, the taste no longer has to linger in the taste buds longer. This is the same with those who do not love the taste of certain fruits.

    Two, juicing is a lot easier and healthier than when you cook vegetables because it only takes minutes and you can already have a nutrient-packed meal or snack. In fact, the juicing process is easy as you only need a food processor or juicer to place all the fruits and vegetables and squeeze their juices out. On the other hand, compared to cooking the veggies, juicing fruits and vegetables is more nutrient-packed because you are really extracting all the essential nutrients from these food items. And finally, juicing is a popular method nowadays because it is said to aid in weight loss, which is probably one of the major concerns and goals of most people today.

    Part 1. How Juicing Aids in Weight Loss

    Before moving on to some of the tastiest and healthiest juicing recipes for weight loss, it is important to know and understand how juicing can actually benefit or contribute to weight loss. Juicing can help in weight loss:

    Through Concentrated Nutrients. The reason why weight loss can be difficult to achieve sometimes is because the nutrients that has the ability to help lose weight is not that concentrated or the body does not get the right amount of nutrients that can help it lose weight. However, when you juice your fruits and vegetables, you get all the necessary nutrients that can help lose weight in a more concentrated form since the juice is from the whole fruit or vegetable and there are no added ingredients.

    Therefore, since the body gets these concentrated nutrients, losing weight is more effective.

    Through Strong Detoxifying Properties. Most fruits and vegetables naturally have detoxifying properties but weight loss can still be difficult even if you eat raw fruits and veggies but you keep eating other food items rich in toxins. However, when you juice fruits and vegetables, the detoxifying properties are very strong and this can help the body excrete away toxins that may only hamper weight loss.

    Through Fat-Burning Properties. Just like the detoxifying properties, some fruits and vegetables have fat burning abilities and since you get these nutrients in a more concentrated form, you also get more of these fat burning properties making it easy for you to burn fats and lose weight.

    Through Appetite-Suppressant Properties. The reason why most people find it hard to lose weight sometimes is the fact that they have large appetites that they fail to control. Some fruits and vegetables are very good appetite suppressants especially when you drink these juiced foods before meal. This way, your appetite is suppressed and instead of eating too much, you only eat a few which can help you lose weight.

    Through Easy Digestion. Another reason why losing weight can be difficult at times is because eating solid foods can be very difficult to digest especially if you have very low metabolism so instead of burning fats easily; your body ends up storing them. But if you juice fruits and vegetables, you’ll naturally consume a lighter meal or snack than solid foods since this is liquid form already. And since they are in liquid form already, they make it easier for the body to digest them and distribute all the necessary health and weight loss nutrients.

    Through Less-Sugar Properties. Some fruits and vegetables have natural sweeteners in them so that when you juice them, they will taste good already even without adding sugar to your juice. Since you are no longer adding sugar to your juice, you are helping your body lose weight effectively as you are not adding burden to it through the consumption of sugar and you already know that sugar is one of the reasons why it is sometimes difficult to lose weight as sugar is known to make you fat.

    When juicing, you get just enough sugar to tickle your taste buds but not more to hamper weight loss.

    Through Ease in Consumption. Another reason why it is sometimes difficult to lose weight is because people tend to get discouraged with the many weight loss regimens out there especially if they find these programs and diet plans hard to follow. For instance, there are diet plans and programs forcing people to consume fruits and vegetables even if they cannot tolerate its taste.

    But as mentioned, when you juice fruits and vegetables, it is easier to consume them since it only takes one gulp and no need to chew them. And with the combination of fruits, vegetables are made even tastier. So, even if this losing weight through juicing may require fruits and vegetables, you are still going to succeed in losing weight since you will be more willing to consume the juiced form.

    Through Natural and Safe Weight Loss Effects. Many people get discouraged in losing weight and even fail to lose weight because instead of helping them lose weight, some of their prescribed supplements only resulted to side effects as they are not purely natural. However, through juicing, you can successfully lose weight since you are consuming fruits and veggies naturally and there are no side effects that could hamper your quest to weight loss.

    You will also be more encouraged to truly lose weight considering the safety of this method.

    Part 2. Juicing Recipes For Weight Loss

    Juicing recipes for weight loss is easy as long as you follow recipes. You can even make your own weight loss juicing recipes. But for starters, you can start with these recipes:

    1. VITA-VEGGIE JUICE

    This recipe will help your body lose weight and at the same time, supply your body with the iron it needs so that even if you are losing weight, you will not look pail. It only takes incorporating the right iron-rich ingredients to your juice. The taste of this recipe is also not boring since it has the taste of spices but it is also not awful since the taste of honey would sweeten the juice, making it easy for you to consume it.

    Ingredients:

    1 avocado

    5 Brussels sprouts

    1 cucumber

    3 apples

    2c leaves of spinach

    1 onion

    2 celery stalks

    1 garlic

    2T honey, raw

    Procedure:

    -Prepare your juicer or your food processor.

    -One by one, place all the ingredients on the food processor.

    -Turn on the blender or the processor to high speed and process the ingredients until they are smooth or until it reaches your desired consistency. Check if there are no longer ingredients that are not blended well.

    -Pour the raw honey onto the mixture and stir well.

    -Serve.

    2. BEAUTIFUL BODY JUICE

    As the name implies, this recipe is aimed to give you beautiful body by losing weight. This recipe is a mix of fruits and vegetables to make the taste better.

    Ingredients:

    2 zucchini, small

    2 red apples

    4 cauliflower florets, purple or white

    1/2 cucumber, medium

    ½ cabbage, purple or red

    4 kale leaves, purple or green

    1 peeled orange

    1c blueberries

    Procedure:

    -Start by washing all the fruits and vegetable ingredients well.

    -Then, start trimming the zucchini ends.

    -After that, cut the cabbage and make sure it fits the feeding chute.

    -Slice the apples in quarter pieces but do not peel them. Just discard the seed.

    -Now, start rolling the kale leaves into balls and removing leaves and stems from the berries as well.

    -Thinly peel the orange and make sure you discard the skin but do not discard the white pith.

    -If your cucumber is waxed, peel them but if it is organic, there is no need to peel.

    -As soon as all the ingredients are ready, place them inside the food processor or juicer and process them. Serve.

    3. THE GREEN MACHINE RECIPE

    This recipe is very effective in losing weight because it is low in calories but rich in antioxidants.

    Ingredients:

    2 carrots

    1 small bunch of parsley

    1 bunch of kale

    Lime juice

    1 cucumber

    ½ bunch chard

    ½ bunch spinach

    Celery

    Procedure:

    -Start by squeezing the lime and pouring its juice on a jar. Then, add ice cubes to it.

    -Shape the greens into balls first.

    -Place the harder veggies in the processor such as the cucumber, the carrots and the celery and then place the greens in the middle.

    -Then, start processing and juicing them all.

    -Pour the juice onto the jar with the lime and ice cubes and serve.

    4. SUPER JUICE RECIPE

    This recipe is called its name because it has the ability to energize your body and increase metabolism making it easier for you to lose weight.

    Ingredients:

    ½ peeled lime

    ½ pineapple

    ½ avocado, ripe

    1t spirulina

    Ice cubes

    2 apples

    ½ cucumber, medium

    1oz wheatgrass, fresh

    Procedure:

    -Start by juicing the pineapple, the lime, the apples and the cucumber first.

    -Meanwhile, get a blender and blend the avocado flesh together with the wheatgrass, the ice and the spirulina.

    -Once the soft batch of ingredients is well blended, start pouring the juiced ingredients onto the blender and continue blending all the mixed ingredients until smooth.

    -Serve and enjoy.

    5. SUPER CHUTE JUICE

    This is another recipe for weight loss juicing that’s called super juice because of its ability to give the body energy to burn fats and lose weight effectively.

    Ingredients:

    2 apples 

    ½ celery stick 

    1-inch chunked cucumber

    ½ inch-sliced beetroot, raw and unpeeled

    1 lemon, small and wax –free with the rind still on 

    2 ice cubes

    A large handful of mixed greens like watercress, parsley, kale, spinach, or any greens

    ½ inch of broccoli stem

    A small handful of Alfalfa sprouts 

    ½ inch-sliced courgette 

    ½ inch-sliced ginger 

    Small carrot chunk

    Procedure:

    -Take out your food processor or your blender to start blending the ingredients.

    -Place the apple first before the rest of the ingredients but the last to be juiced should also be another apple.

    -Once all the ingredients are juiced or processed already, combine them well by stirring.

    -Then, pour the juice into a glass of ice cubes and serve.

    6. SLIM-DOWN TREAT RECIPE

    This is a recipe that’s not only a tasty treat but also a guaranteed slimming treat. It is packed with ingredients that are not awful to the taste and to the weight.

    Ingredients:

    5pcs. carrots 

    1/2 cucumber 

    1 rib celery

    1pc. apple

    1/2 beet

    Procedure:

    -Get your food processor or your blender and put all the ingredients together. It doesn’t matter what ingredients would go first as you can choose any that you wish to put in.

    -Turn on your blender to high speed and process all the ingredients together.

    -Wait until the mixture is smooth already or wait until all ingredients are blended well and no fruit lumps are seen.

    -You can add a touch of ginger just to spice the super juice up.

    -Pour the juice into a glass and serve chilled.

    7. LIQUID PIZZA JUICE RECIPE

    This recipe is a proof that even if you are trying to lose weight, you can still get a taste of your favorite pizza, only that it is in liquid form and very low in carb which is why it is an effective weight loss recipe.

    Ingredients:

    3 tomatoes

    1c Spinach

    1 clove of Garlic

    A few sprigs of oregano

    6 sprigs of basil

    AA small wedge of onion

    1/4 bell pepper, green
