About this ebook
This book is come form my success lose weight experience.
You do not know how much effort I have to use for such as eating pills for dieting, exercise or even scoop for vomiting after eating. When I try to reduce food for a while, I back to eat everything that I want again. Weight loss effort is fail and I think that I'm not the way to lose my weight. :(
Then I realized that I do not have to starve, I can eat everything but just for the lost weight menu. Then I try to study and make me understand for the “Paleo recipes” and I have do summarized them in this book. I would like to share my success manu to everyone who want to lose the weight as me.
And I promise that I will write for “How to takecare yourself during you lose your weight” and “Matching exercise with your body” in the next.
Hope you will success same as me, Cheers !!!

What you need to know before you cook!
Appliances, Tools & Equipment
Microwave Ovens
Read the manual and get how to use microwave
• Using & Caring for Microwave Ovens:
– Do not turn on a microwave when empty.
– Use only microwave safe cookware, like glass, ceramic,
plastic and paper. Do not use metal cookware or wires or metallic-edged dishes.
– Clean the interior and exterior after use, including door seal.
• Safety Tips:
– Always use a hot pad, dishes become hot in the microwave from the food.
– Pierce certain foods before cooking (i.e. potatoes, hotdogs).
– Remove cover so steam flows away from your face.
• Microwave Cooking Tips:
– The higher the wattage the shorter the cooking time.
– Vent one side of plastic wrap cover to allow moisture
to escape.
– Standing time allows food to continue cooking.
– Use paper towels to prevent spattering.
– Stir during cooking time.
– Foods that need to boil, such as pasta, rice, lentils and dry beans, will not cook faster in a microwave.
