About this ebook
This is a collection of essays that I have a written over the past year on a number of subjects. They are primarily lifestyle pieces written about health, exercise, and self-interest issues. There is nothing political or controversial about these writings. I just want to share a little bit about myself and hopefully inform and inspire others.
