About this ebook
Dear Reader
In my experience of 18 years, where I had the opportunity to closely work with kids and adolescents in various capacities, ranging from student counselor to Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, I have come across (and still come across) many students who face struggles, anxiety, stress and depression associated with their studies.
My book series aims at highlighting few important struggles that students normally undergo and provides the solutions for the same. In this book I have covered the techniques that will enable you to read faster, process it effectively in your brain and remember the same for exams. We will also discuss the mistakes to be avoided in your journey as a student.
This book is not the kind that is filled with complicated medical terminology or complex concepts which are difficult to understand to the common man. On the other hand, it is a simple guide aimed at providing clear, simplified information in a reader-friendly language.
This book can be used by any student who wants to improve the performance in studies. Not everyone needs therapy from a psychiatrist. The way you study determines how you perform in exams.
Hope this book helps you or your loved ones in some manner. Looking forward to read your reviews. All the very best!
Thank you.
