Peter Goes to the Dentist
It was a bright Saturday afternoon. The day for little Peter’s dentist appointment had finally arrived. He was watching TV when his mom told him it was time to go. He quickly got dressed and was ready for his first appointment with the dentist.
Little Peter sat in the back seat of the car with his little sister Jenny as mom drove them to the doctor’s clinic. Little Peter was very excited as it was a new experience from him. He strolled inside and took a seat outside the doctor’s office eagerly waiting his turn. Finally, the bell rang and Peter was next in line, his mother accompanied him inside along with the baby.

After a short while the checkup was complete and Peter returned home with his family. That day he had learned a valuable lesson about dental care and why it is important to keep his teeth clean.
Tom’s First Day at School
Tom was a very patient young boy. He was very helpful to others and was a hardworking student. When Tom’s family moved houses he had to leave his old school and move to a new one. Tom’s family arrived in the new town and soon Tom was enrolled into the local elementary school.

Soon it was time to go to school and as dad drove Tom to school he looked on with hope in his eyes. Soon they reached the campus and went inside. Tom was taken to the classroom by his dad where he would meet his class teacher.
Tom and dad waited for the teacher’s arrival while Tom admired the beautiful drawings on the soft boards. Miss Martha entered the room and looked upon Tom with love. She met dad and talked with him for a while. Miss Martha’s friendly attitude had already won Tom over. He happily attended the classes that day and made a few friends as well.
The Camping Trip
Spring was finally here and John was ready for his big camping trip with Uncle Ben. John was dressed in his favorite bright yellow shirt and grey shorts. Soon the bell rang and John ran towards the door in anticipation, he was glad to see his Uncle who greeted him warmly.
After completing the preparations, Uncle Ben and John were ready to go. As they sat in the car, John’s mother shouted Have you taken the umbrella?
She yelled. John replied yes mother!
He was in such a hurry that he didn’t bother checking.
It was almost night time when they reached the campsite. So Uncle Ben quickly set up the camp and started the fire as they prepared for the night ahead. The weather was very cloudy at night and soon it started raining cats and dogs. Uncle Ben asked John for the umbrella but he had forgotten it at home.
Soaked with water, they rushed back home in the car as the rain began to pour down. Eventually they made it back safely. John then realized that he had made a mistake that day which could have been easily avoided had he listened to his mother. John vowed that from that day on he would always listen to advice from his elders.
The Prince in Disguise
Prince Edward was a charming young man. He always helped the poor and needy in his kingdom. His father, King George, was exactly the opposite. He was a harsh man who was very unforgiving. One day the prince grew frustrated with his father’s attitude and planned to live as a commoner.
bestpresentpage5pb (2).JPGPrince Edward escaped the castle at night and disguised himself in common clothes. The very next morning the king and queen were told of his escape by the guards. They instantly sent their men to search for him but even after days they couldn’t find him. The queen was worried for her son and offered a reward of 100 gold coins to anyone who
