This helps you enjoy the world around you and to push you to understand yourself better. 

This book is designed to guide you to better understand how mindfulness can help you remove stress and anxiety from your life. There are many meditations and other techniques described that are practical and that you can incorporate into your daily lives. I have also talked about how to deal with negative thoughts that will consistently keep anxiety and stress far away.

    You have heard the saying for years about how ‘the early bird gets the worm,’ but if you are like most, it really hasn’t meant anything to you, and so it goes ignored. After all, you may not see the point in getting up early... or if we’re being honest, your bed is just way too comfy, especially when work is looming in the near future and the world awaits you... why would you want to leave the safety of your bed?

Those who are able to get up early, rather than rolling out of bed at the last minute and rushing to work, are the ones who get more done, start their day less stressed, and they are also the ones who feel the most in control of their lives.
