      Chapter One

      So, there I was on that ship in nothing but a chef’s hat over my dick. There were explosions going off, guns firing at my bare ass, and I had on these jet boots. There was no way I could get out of this unscathed, but I wasn’t leaving my boyfriends behind. So, I jumped into the room where the two gray bastards were holding them hostage. Those jet boots were heavy on my feet. I couldn’t catch my breath, but there was this calm falling over me. You know, like this heroic urge to just get this shit done and save the fucking day. I had the crowd riveted as I told them my tale of how I came to be a hero for the Central Planet. Then those guards turned toward me with their guns drawn. I was willing to take that bullet to save the men I love. But I activated those jet boots…

      And flew past them to hit the wall, then the ceiling, and landed on your ass in the hall, Ale interrupted with a much more truthful version of the events.

      I scowled at him. He placed a kiss on my forehead and went back to greeting the new clients coming onto the pleasure ship ramp.
