Introduction
I first discovered dump recipes about a decade ago and they have forever changed how I look at feeding my family. Prior to the discovery, it had taken me between half an hour and an hour to make a single meal whereas with dump recipes, I could make ten meals in an hour! They also saved me time in trips to the grocery store and even just in thinking of what to serve for dinner. I began to stop dreading my time in the kitchen and started looking forward to our family time spent around the table.
As our family grew and life got busier, I began to rely more and more on freezer meals as my main source of weeknight dinners. I refined the process over time and experimented with different recipes. I also discovered that it is much more fun to make them with a friend. I usually plan a two day freezer meal marathon with my friend and neighbour Christie about every second month. We make enough to last both of our families for a few months and get lots of visiting in at the same
