About this ebook
Following up the publishing of “Windows to the Teenage Soul” and “A Cup of Poe-tea,” Los Gatos High School has returned with their third poetry e-book: “Where the Poetree Grows.” A collection of poems written by LGHS students of the English 9 Honors classes, “Where the Poetree Grows” features a variety of poems with themes such as love, the environment, sports, social issues, and identity. Under the direction of English teachers Tonya McQuade and Kathleen Wehr, and with the help of the Smashwords CEO Mark Coker, the Ebook has been written, edited, marketed, and illustrated by seven English 9 Honors classes from the LGHS class of 2019. All funds raised go to the class of 2019, so by purchasing this E-book, you will not only be supporting our class, but also reading amazing poetry!
