    It does not matter whether you are a teenager, an adult, or even a child trying out its wings for the first time – there is an innate thirst in all of us to see admiration in the eyes of the people around us, and have their approval. That is the reason why we consciously or subconsciously court popularity and that is why this book is going to tell you how you can use common sense methods which are going to help you make friends and influence people!

    Also, as a healthy teenager, you may want to make a positive impression on the members of the opposite sex. This is also an instinctive bid for popularity which is a natural inborn innate thing in all of us. Not many of us are born naturally beautiful and good-looking unless we have lucky genes. So all you have to do is change your personality, and use some of these tips and techniques, including personal grooming, which are not only going to make you more attractive physically, but also add to your mental and emotional attractiveness, thus making you a really popular person wherever you go.

    This book is going to give you lots of information on how I understand the concept of popularity, with lots of amusing incidents based on my own personal experience as well as experience gained through my sessions as a counselor/psychologist/trainer.
