For about 21 years of my life, I dealt with pretty severe social anxiety. I vividly remember my freshman year of college, when I was so anxious that I would rarely leave my dorm room out of a fear that I would see another human being! It seems crazy to me now, but that was the reality of it back then. Considering the severity of my prior anxiety, I’m almost certain that what I am about to teach you will work for you, no matter how low you might be right now.
