Organize Your Day In One Hour - Linda Hudson
Introduction
If you're like most people in the world you fit in to one of three categories when it comes to being organized: a) you organize your day the night before, b) you organize your day the morning of, c) you wing it. In an increasingly fast paced world the majority of people find themselves slipping in to the wing it
category and consequently they not only find themselves underperforming in their job but they also find this lack of productivity spilling in to their personal life as well.
The aim of this book is to help you to organize your day in just sixty minutes in order to assist in increasing your productivity, manage your priorities and most importantly, get things done! Unlike other similar books however, this one focuses on utilizing the time that you already under-utilize in your day to increase your productivity rather than asking you to add hours to your day. Sure, waking up an hour earlier will add another hour to your day, but it also steals an hour from the time that your body needs to rest, it takes an hour away from laying beside your spouse, it gives your brain an hour less to recharge...we would much rather focus on optimizing the time we already have and that is exactly what this book
