    Many years from today, after a nuclear war rages havoc all over the world, peace is threatened once more when a child turns up with abilities untold. One generation later, the world is segregated between those who are able to destroy all mankind, and humans allowed to walk the streets in harmony. Teens have formed subway-tunnel dwelling gangs, taking names and rebelling against the unforgiving government, who makes due with paid slavery to those of which they can control. This is one such story of the daughter of two governmental 'workers,' if the term can be used, and her journey to save whoever she can, while trying to lie a life in the world now known as normal.
