      Meals in a jar have been popular for quite some time. The good news is that they will also remain popular. This is partially just due to the fact that people love to make homemade gifts that are practical and inexpensive. The SHTF movement has certainly helped make these meals even more popular.

      Mason jar foods can be shipped to many places. Of course, it is important that you check with the customs of your nation before you try to ship them out of state. They are also shelf stable. They are perfect for storage. Many of the recipes are done in layers. This creates a beautiful looking gift that the recipient can display in their kitchen.

      Because these ready-made meals are shelf stable, they can be used whenever the recipient really needs them. They make awesome and inexpensive gifts for young people who recently moved out on their own. They are also great for busy professionals because they don’t have to spend a lot of time to prep their meals. Meals in a jar are also great for college students and those who don’t know how to cook. The instructions that are included with the gift can walk the recipient through exactly how to make it.

      If you are involved with a church group or some other non-profit or fundraising group, then you should definitely learn how to assemble these recipes. They are great for craft sales and other fundraising events. You could even take orders in advance of making the jars. This would save your fundraising unit both time and money.
