For Jeremy, who would never have exercised in airports if he hadn’t met me.

    Note from Author:

I am literally in an airport as I write the first few sentences of this book. Having just completed 30 sets of squats and 50 sets of shoulder exercises in addition to some stomach crunches, the idea of airport exercise is as routine for me as getting delayed on my American Airlines flight from Miami to Santo Domingo.

What makes me qualified to provide advice on working out in airports? I have been successfully doing it in more than 50 domestic and international airports for the last 15 years. And while there are numerous websites, blogs, and articles that provide some fitness tips for exercising in airports, this is the first comprehensive manual that provides step by step instructions on how to make a workout effective and successful. From getting the right, low maintenance equipment to cleaning up afterwards so you aren’t that guy with killer body odor whose seatmates wish you would get lost, this book will give you the tips and guidance on how to get moving during your layovers.
