    When you follow the whole food diet program, there is no calorie counting, and no weighing yourself for the entire duration you are on the program.

    It can be hard, especially at the beginning if you're feeling bloated or particularly svelte in the coming weeks.

    As far as food goes, you're going to eat many fresh, good-quality foods and discard the processed ones.

    Whole Food Diet

    Whole Food Diet is an eating style that places emphasis on wholesome, all-natural and unprocessed foods. It is a common way of eating that can be applied in so many ways.

    There are no specific outlines or guidelines to follow when it comes to whole food diet, but there are so many foods one can eat while observing this type of diet.

    Whole foods are foods in their natural state, fresh and unprocessed. This means that foods made with added preservatives or which are refined can't be included in the whole food diet.

    Whole Food Diet Ingredients

    The types of foods allowed are natural, unrefined and without additives or preservatives, and are healthy to eat.

    You'll remove all grains, soy, dairy, sugar, legumes, artificial sweeteners and preservatives, and alcohol from your diet. These foods, when taken in excess can cause hormonal imbalance, systemic inflammation, gut issues, and more. The idea of the whole food diet is to eradicate the stressors from your body and provide it nutrients and time to heal itself. This means a healthy metabolism, less inflammation, hormonal harmony, a happy gut, a clearer skin and improved energy.

    Whole foods are ideal and better for overall health and vitality as they are packed full of nutrients and are devoid of any additives or preservatives.
