    In our modern day society work may take up a lot of our time but we still have to eat. However, kitchen duty is hard work, stressful and takes a lot of time. Making a healthy delicious meal may be a real hustle. Thanks to a few recipes combined in this book, this is now history. A healthy mouth-watering meal in a few minutes. Most the meals in this book take at most 30 minutes to make. All one has to do is some shopping (according to the recipe) and prepare the ingredients. The pressure cooker does the rest in the shortest time possible.

    The meals in this book can be made in a short time thanks to the pressure cooker. However, one needs to take some precautions so as to enjoy the meal after cooking

    Do not fill the pressure cooker to its capacity.

    Do not leave pressure cooker unattended to for long. If the heat level is too high, steam will be let out from the safety valves, and all the liquid in the cooker will vaporize causing damage to the cooker.

    Don’t lift bowls, steamer inserts or dishes from a hot pressure cooker as it is dangerous. Always place a piece of muslin or a folded towel under the cooking vessel so that you can lift steamer inserts, bowls, or dishes in and out of the pressure cooker carefully. Use tongs to lift the ends of the muslin/towel and let them fall over the sides of the pressure cooker to allow cooling for a couple of seconds. Pick up the ends of the cloth and cautiously use them to lift the vessel from the pressure cooker.

    Ways to release the built-up pressure:

    Natural-Release Method: The pressure cooker is removed from the stove and left to cool down until the pressure drops by itself.

    Valve-Release Method: Remove pressure cooker from the stove. Turn the regulator valve to setting then wait until the indicator pin drops down.

    Remove the lid by turning it to unlock and then flip the lid halfway vertically facing away from where you are to protect yourself from the escaping steam.

    1 tablespoon of olive oil.

    1/8 teaspoon of pepper

    115g fresh, sliced mushrooms.

    2 tablespoons minced parsley

    4 cups potato cut
