      Col got to his feet, and she gasped with surprise when he lifted her into his embrace. She seemed to pose no burden to him as he carried her easily to the massive bed. Johanne had already pushed back the curtains and pulled down the blankets, so the bed was welcoming for her new husband.

      It was equally welcoming for her new husband’s father, as was Amé herself. She lay quietly after he placed her in the middle of the soft mattress, spreading her legs so he could kneel between them. His head lowering toward her aching slit filled her with anticipation, and her stomach knotted with tension as she waited for the moment of contact.
