In preparing the meal plan, various recipes are made from a shopping list which appears on chapter 6. So you don't need to worry about making any further enquiry.
The book contains everything you need. It is advised to hold a regular exercise session every day through the period of the challenge. This can help you achieve a more pronounced effect. However this is not mandatory. Our focus is basically on proper consumption of low carb meals at the right time.

Obesity and other excess fat conditions are rampant in today's society. Not many people know the importance of eating properly. Many have gained considerable weight within short period of time through a careless diet plan. If there is any diet that can help you lose some pounds of weight, it is a ketogenic diet.
Although not a very popular term, ketogenic meals are essential weight loss meals that help in accelerating the body's metabolism. It also aids the proper digestion of excess fats. It wouldn’t do us much good if we dived straight into our 30 day weight loss diet challenge without establishing a perspective on ketogenic diets and ketosis. At least this will help the layman reader to follow the guide properly.

A Ketogenic diet is basically a meal that contains a minimal amount of carbohydrate. Apart from the term ketogenic diets

is short for carbohydrate.
Consumption of foods that have high carbohydrate content usually initiates the production of insulin and glucose in the body. Both molecules are required for the production and regulation of energy in the body.
Being a very simple molecule, glucose is easily converted by the body to make energy available. Because of its nature, it is preferred by your body system to other energy sources.
