- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good story involved!!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5King is a dog, who also happens to be a detective. Kayla is his owner/master and is also a detective. King can't speak or write so how do he and Kayla communicate. Trust, follow the nose and barks seem to do the trick. In this story, Kayla makes special dog treats for her friend's new dog. When three of them go missing, she assumes King ate them. After smelling his breath she realized that he did not eat them, so now they need to solve the mystery. This is a cute beginning chapter book for early readers. they will enjoy the simple story and cute illustrations. This looks like it will become a series for young readers to follow. A great book for school and primary class libraries. Thanks to Peachtree Publishers for the opportunity to read and review this book.
