    The book is pretty straight forward. Give it the attention and true thoughts and you can possibly discovery some things about yourself. However, you have to be truthful with the answers and the ideas. It is easy enough to do this each day for about 10 minutes.
    I would recommend this book for someone who is wanting to go through self-reflection and exploration.
