STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS
INTRODUCTION

After knowing the few expert’s opinion and he also notices in the light of further study concerns with the strategic analysis and its tools, major issues consider for strategic analysis, situational analysis, the methods of industry and competitive analysis, the concept of strategic groups, SWOT analysis and portfolio analysis. The strategic management process includes a set of managerial decisions and actions which determined the long-term planning and effective performance of superior objectives and goals of the organization. It involves the important things like setting the organization's mission, vision, company or organization profile, external environment, operating industry, multinational analysis, developing objectives, development of strategic analysis and choice and implementing the strategies, to the accomplishment of the long term objectives and short-term objectives and finally control, monitor, guidance and evaluation of organization objectives.
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS
Business principally comprises of products and services which offer to the ultimate customer. Success or Failure purely depends an individual talent, performance, willing to learn new things, adaptability and compete at critical constraints and solve it as simple. Self-employee always sells the products and services, it is the first priority and produce goods and services at low cost; it is the second priority and third priority is strategic analysis of business. You will become the successful entrepreneur; when you will bound to know the importance of strategic analysis in Business.
You can know the strategic analysis application in the Business. Business Analysis start with SWOT is the heart of Strategic Analysis. SWOT analysis is the process of carefully inspecting the business and its environment through the various dimensions like Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Strengths are referred to the company’s core competencies, and it includes proprietary technology, skills, resources, market position, patents, and others. These are analyzing the strength of businesses' position and understanding the important external factors that may influence that to company’s position.
