STRESS
INTRODUCTION
Stress is a common thing in everyone's life. It is often associated with the happiest movement of the life or the dangerous movement of the life. Stress, stress, stress…. is a common and universal phenomenon for everyone? Stress accumulation is a common problem and it is difficult to manage you due to your lifestyle and attitude. Many time, the term ‘Stress’ use to express the negative experience of the personal life of the individual that happened in everyone's life. It either distress or eustress. Distress represents the negative stress and Eustress represents the positive stress. You can learn how to manage and control distress and you can know how to convert into eustress. When you know this formula, you become happy and lead to peace and prosperous life with problems. This concept applies to everyone's life.
This book is divided into six chapter viz: Stress, Symptoms of Stress, Types of Stress, Stress at the Work Place, Manage Stress at the Work Place and Stress Management Techniques.
Anger, anxiety, and depression accumulate to various varieties of stress. It can affect and effect to both of your body and mind. You can become tired, sick and unable to concentrate or think clearly and unable to take right decisions in connection with the right job. Sometimes, you may suffer mental breakdowns. Because of you have accumulated large amounts of stress.
Stress is closely associated with your life style, many practices, and behavior. You have nurture bad behaviors, it may increase your stress level very high and it affects your body and mind. Good attitudes, behavior: it may reduce your stress and its level very low efficiency. Who have practices to takes drugs, pain medicines, alcohol, smoking and heavy eating? Actually, these activities accumulate you chronic the stress. Stress often affects the body, mind and it shows in your behavior in many ways and everyone has experience stress and feels it differently from different circumstances.
Stress is the output of the pressure of the body and mind of you. It is responding you. You can know how you have stressed: and you can find what kind of stress you have stressed. You can know the reasons for the stress. You have to be identifying the reason for cause and its effect on the body and mind. You find yourself event or circumstances that are created either the good or negative experiences of life. Your body and mind react by releasing chemicals into the blood it is happening When you have been felted stressed. These chemicals give more energy and strength you: it is better, Meanwhile, it is bad for you when it is caused to you to be more stress, it is dangerous yourself. Physical, emotional, mental and many things of the life are influenced you. Stress is accumulated in our body’s instinctive response from external environmental cues as well as to one’s inner thoughts and feelings. Do you want to identify stress yourself? You have to observe body consciously yourself and find you how your body is reacting and its response in terms of mental, physical, and emotional, etc.
Source of Stress arises from the inside and the outside forces of an environmental world. It is affecting to the individual. Stress is associated with an individual and an environment. Stress is reasoning from causes of all types of the diseases of the human being.
Term 'Stress' is defined from a biological point of view; stress may be a neutral, negative, or positive experience. Stress is connected to the external and internal factors of the life. External factors are physical environment includes job, relationships with others, home, challenges, difficulties and expectations of the daily life you. Internal factors determine a person's body’s ability to respond and deal with external stress off you. Internal factors are emotions, mental ability and ability to handle, etc. Prolonged, uninterrupted, unexpected and unmanageable stresses are the almost damaging of body and mind and you become the diseased person and notices chronic types of stress to your health, body, and mind.
Many times, you are unable to controllable, unpredictable of your stress level effectively. You can find yourself: it is chronic anxiety. You have clearly noticed high blood pressure, heart disease, addictive disorders and few diseases. These things affect you both mentally and physically. Stress affects your health and it becomes more serious to your health, body, and mind. Stress may be affecting everyone in different ways. You are unable to find reasons for diseases of health because of the stress. You do not aware of suddenly accumulated stress. It is showing a sign of your body and mind. It shows typical symptoms of your body, and mind as follows:
A rise in blood pressure
Tension headaches
Shallow breathing of heart,
Tightening of muscles, etc.

The main purpose of you to maintain your health in good condition and lead happy and prosperous of your entire life span.
WHAT IS STRESS?
It is very difficult to understand the terminology of ‘Stress’. You can know the concept of stress from few expert opinions. It relates the stress and its response towards an individual person. The term ‘Stress’ is a word derived from the Latin word 'stringere’. It means that to draw tight and it's used in the seventeenth century. It describes the hardship and affliction. Hinkle records show that during the late eighteenth-century; stress denoted of force, pressure, strain, or strong effort. It is referring primarily to an individual, or to the individual's organs or mental powers. The term ‘stress’ is also used to describe the individual’s response towards pressure or force. It is arising from internal and external events of your life. Force response of you may be psychological, physical, mental, spiritual and behavioral. You can difficult to understand how to respond from different the sources of a stressor. This is purely depending on your personality, perceptions, attitude, characteristics, leading, able to manage stress and its base of experience.
