Include a link to subscribe to your website in the navigation bar so that it is not missed.

    Landing Page

    Another way to utilize your website is to include a page for landing. It can be a page that is on your website or another independent site that is just one page. A landing page is typically used by marketers in order to direct traffic to a specific site and to collect email addresses. They will offer a gift in some manner in order for them to leave an email address and get directed to your site. Another name for this is a squeeze page.

    Newsletter Offers

    A great way to get email addresses is to offer a newsletter. Adding a sign up to the page will enable you to collect email addresses from those who are viewing your website. In order to prompt them to enter their email, you can offer a newsletter that will provide your audience with a discount for a product or a service.  Inside the newsletter you can offer a code that will give them special discounts for your services or products. If you want to really tailor your newsletter, each customer can get a one-time code that can only be used once. This will ensure that your discount code is not abused. There are some sites that collect codes to offer them to anyone.
