- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5ummary of Getting Things Done is in that short list of must read self-help books that articulate the habits and practices of wisdom for getting through ordinary life in Western culture/society/community. It brings both a microcosmic view of things, expressed in aphorisms, "Only handle things once", and macrocosmic view of knowing the purpose of all the things you do and how the parts fit into the whole. SOGTD is, in my view, in a class with 7 Habits, in the short list of most important books of wisdom literature for these times.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Got this to keep on my phone for reminders of the GTD way of organizing life. Great writing.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5not sure about the content but the summary was really weird as in it bolded random words e.g. "actually", "often", etc. So distracting and I could not read while being engaged since my eyes are always drawn to the bolded words which should really be just the main ideas.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great book. It gives you some ideas on the right thing to review at the right time, emphasizes the importance of updating, planning, using your time wisely and the need for comparing your commitments against your goals.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Probably the best self help book I ever read. The inbox method is truly important and infinitely helpful. I figured it out and truly feel less overwhelmed and stressed out by email.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A must read book. Will Definitely refer to my peers and after reading this book I'm confident enough to get things job done.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I LOVED IT. VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. Kudos to the author!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A classic! It is my productivity method of choice. This is highly recommended for anyone.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Unreadable AS every third WORD is IN bold. It COSTS nothing to get an EDITOR on Fiverr to sort this out
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an excellent summary. I read the book many months prior and felt it was time for a refresher. This hit all the key points I remember from the action book.
I felt the length of the summary and detail was very appropriate.1 person found this helpful
