    Wow after reading this book, it made me realize how important sleep is. I used to sleep very late but I think now will change that bad habit. There's one part of the booms says about taking alcohol while on pregnancy that affects the development of the fetus that could lead to autism. If all pregnant woman can read this book, it will help them to take seriously their sleep for the normal development of baby.

    I love this book! As a life-long poor sleeper, I've read dozens of books that supposedly held the answer to solving my sleep problems. None have, until now. The author not only gives you lots of ideas on how to get a better night's sleep, he tells you why it's so important to get in your nightly 8 hours. Who knew there were so many areas of life impacted by sleep, particularly the lack of it! There is a lot of information here, all of which I found very interesting and quite helpful. At the end of the book he lists a number of ideas that you can put into use immediately. I have seen a great improvement in the quality and amount of sleep I'm getting now, so I feel very comfortable about recommending this book.

    There's some excellent content in the book, and I know I'll use some of those lessons to better my daily habits and the importance of sleep cannot be underestimated and lack of sleep is a problem for this century because of technology and it's presence in our bedrooms and i found the research-based information and stories intriguing and compelling

    I give another 5 star for this book because of being realiable and informative. It completely explains the significance of sleep to one's well-being.     This book defeated all the other materials that I have read regarding sleep and how is it important to the human body especially to adults like us. The internet is filled with myths and studies which I am not sure if there are any real scientific basis. I almost believed that adults only need a few hours of sleep. So now I have found the cause of my depreciating mind and body. I am thankful for having read this book because at least it is not to late to make myself healthy again. I will definitely recommend this book to others especially to my love ones. This book changed my sleeping habit.     Intuitively, I always tried to value a good night's sleep. But after reading this book, I realized that I can still improve my routine a lot in search of a healthy and restful sleep.     Concise, informational, organized, easy to read. Although it was written more like a doctoral thesis and less like a book, it has the appeal of a short novel. I gave it only four stars due to its lack of professional references and sub par academic style.
