LIFE IS NOT FAIRBANKS
Bruce and Carl lounge in a strip club in Fairbanks drinking and laughing about how perfect there plan worked out. No one saw it coming and it was very well executed. Bruce would get away with all his money except for child support payments. Carl will get the money he needs to start his own business and get out of the relationship with Janet. Sounds like a perfect plan for the exception that the cat was out of the bag amongst their friends back in Anchorage.
Hey man,
said Carl this is the life. Plenty of money, plenty of weed, and plenty of bitches. After I get my business up and running, I’m going to live like this all the time.
Yeah I hear you,
replied Bruce we have been doing it big since we left Anchorage.
Although I do miss Janet though,
said Carl starring off into nothingness in a moment of silence.
Come on bruh,
Bruce grunted! Don’t start that shit. What? You wanna be gay? You don’t like these freaky Fairbanks women?
I’m telling you these Fairbanks’s women are real freaky,
said Carl throwing back a shot of Patron. But that don’t make me not think about Janet.
It’s cool,
replied Bruce also throwing back a shot of Patron but I’m tired of fucking with strippers.
So when do you think it will be safe to head back to Anchorage,
asked Carl?
I was thinking that we leave this weekend, late Friday night and get their Saturday morning,
says Bruce. No one will expect to see us, and then we’ll get in touch with Sean. He’s supposed to have an apartment waiting for us.
That’s what’s up,
responded Carl standing up to signal the server. Come on man let’s step outside.
Damn it’s hot out here,
says Bruce!
You can say that again,
replied Carl looking up at the Fairbanks sun, lighting a blunt! Man it’s like 92° out here.
It definitely gets a lot hotter than in Anchorage,
replies Bruce.
So when was the last you talked to Sean,
asked Carl while passing the blunt to Bruce?
It’s been a while,
said Bruce choking on the weed smoke.
I wonder if Sean has told my sister,
asked Carl as he grabbed the blunt from Bruce? I bet she is really pissed off at me.
Nall man don’t nobody know shit,
replied Bruce Sean aint said shit. He don’t even know what is going on himself. Don’t start getting all paranoid on me. All every body knows is that Michelle was cheating on me so I got mad and left town. And everybody knows that you’ve been trying to leave Janet for some time now. That’s all they know and that’s all they need to know. So don’t worry, trust me this plan is foolproof and we will both be smiling in the end.
I sure hope you’re right,
said Carl passing the blunt to a dancer that just approached them on the side of the building. What’s up Hotty?
Hey what’s up lady,
inserted Bruce?
Nigga, I got so fucked up at yall hotel last night,
replied Hotty pulling thick clouds of smoke out of the blunt with her beautiful lips. I hope yall had fun because I really did. I left my purse on somebody’s night stand.
Bruce and Carl looked at each other and smiled because it was apparent to them that as beautiful and sexy as she was, she had no idea which one of them she had sex with the night before. Nevertheless, she was cool with it because they were her type of dudes. They kept dope man hours just like strippers or vampires. Always up and partying all night and sleeping through the day. The money getting, partying nocturnal.
I’ll catch yall on the inside,
said Hotty as she turned to walk away, making her butt jiggle with every step she took. Her high school guidance consular could not have picked a better career for her.
Daaamn,
simultaneously remarked Bruce and Carl!!!
Come on man,
said Bruce let’s go get another drink.
Let’s go,
agreed Carl as they turned to walk back inside shaking their heads.
Once they got back inside the server had fresh drinks waiting on them. They sat down, threw back the shots, and quickly signaled for two more. The servers there loved them because they will sit there drinking and big tipping all-night. Although none of the dancers would approach them and ask for a drink because they had to save all that for the tricks. Bruce and Carl only spent money with the bar and not the dancers because they had already had sex with most of them anyway. After you have sex, it kind of takes the excitement from the whole stripper thing.
Just relax,
said Bruce referring to the conversation that Carl and he had had outside the club. Don’t anybody know what’s going on.
Yeah we did get away pretty smooth,
says Carl and you don’t have to worry about evidence because I recorded every time me and Michelle had sex. Nigga she’s guilty! You shouldn’t have to give her half of shit.
Good you did what you were supposed to do,
smiled Bruce as he shook hands with Carl.
And you know what else, Janet,
Carl started to say but was interrupted by the server.
Here are two more shots for you guys,
stated the server as she put double shots of Patron on the table.
Oh shit Bruce,
said Carl smiling. You must have an admirer in here somewhere.
Excuse me lady,
inserted Bruce as he grabbed the server by the arm before she could walk away. Who did these drinks come from?
Those two ladies right over there at the table by the stage,
the server pointed out to them with jaw-dropping results. Bruce and Carl both could have shit a brick when they saw who the two ladies were that sent them those drinks. Like I blast from the past it was it was Michelle and Janet.
Send them back,
said Bruce in a low tone tell them we don’t want them.
Yeah, we don’t want that shit,
added Carl!
How’d the fuck they find us,
whispered Bruce with a perplexed look on his face?
Yall must don’t know who that is
smiled the server as she sat down at the
