    Inspired Spiritual wisdom from a cat named Sam-Moo. This fun filled and wise book is inspired by my cat Sam-Moo who died in 2010. In the last 10 days of his life I began to pay greater attention to him. He seemed to begin to whisper inspiration and wisdom to me in those last days. As I began to write it down I realized that he surely did have wisdom and inspiration to share. His overall message was simple, we as humans just need to spend more time being than doing and just love and chill out. To him it was really very simple. It is a profound message of inspired wisdom and humor about how to live each day simply and in the moment. Zen kitty wisdom for everyday living.

      I recall the day I brought home this great feline and I observed his black and white spots like that of a cow. He was originally named Moo for his black and white spots and I added Sam to Moo and he became Sam-Moo, my great Zen Kitty. I adopted him from a lovely couple who I stayed friends with over the years, Lola and Nick. Lola taught me how to be a kitty mom and in 2009 her own life was cut short. Life is not counted in the days but in the love we leave behind. Lola left behind much love, as did Sam- Moo. Sam-Moo became a great teacher for me and I began to see his great cat wisdom when I knew he would die. Spirituality is easier than we think and this silly book may help you reflect on how easy it can really be. Though this great feline lost his life too, he leaves behind wisdom for all of us. May we all have a legacy. Namaste and happy purring!
