    The red sun is setting

    And my greatest hour approaches

As I stare at a metaphor

    Blood red sky

    Before entering the grave

To meet the siren of my nightmares.

    There she lay

    Encased in stone

    Silently drawing me near

Or do I destroy us all?

This quandary rest on my shoulders alone.

    I can’t resist

My lust got the better of me

    I open Pandora’s Box

    With a heart-filled smile.

I gaze upon her true beauty

The dark crimson on her lips

    The golden wheat colored hair

The ghastly white of her skin

    Now radiating from the light

    Of a jealous moon overhead.

Her hands rest neatly folded on her bosom

    Her corset kindly exposes

Just enough to spark my imagination

As I place a red rose in her hands.

    Hark, she hath awaken

    Releasing a bone chilling scream

Allowing me to witness upon her fangs.

    She stares wildly

In fear of my elaborate wooden dagger

That I raised over her heart

    Then ensnares my eye

    And
