A “baby-boomer”, Greg Greene was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1951. As well as a personal fitness trainer, he is an insurance agent who is accustomed to helping people, and he has put years of thought and experience behind the words in this book. The processes described in each chapter are his own, which he has used for many years and continues to use even today!

Chapter One – Self Awareness and Responsibility
I am sure that God did this. You may have a different belief, but there is no question in my mind that we humans are God’s best work. Of all of His creations, we are the only one that has been given the ability to decide what we are to be, how to learn new things and the ability to transform ourselves inside and out. In other words, it is freedom of choice that we possess. No other creature that I know of has this ability to purposely depart from habit and instinct to create change, like we do. No other can reason their way through life and make decisions with consequences but
