    If you are reading this book then there is a good chance you have experienced your own tragic loss of a loved one. I am sorry for your loss.

    This book is not going to tell you how to stop grieving. Nor is it going to give you a series of steps to work through. Rather, this is a book about my personal journey through the death of my brother Sean.

    The loss of my younger brother left a huge emotional hole in my life - so many stories that we had shared were now in my memory alone. I struggled to find comfort in books
