      Introduction

      My story begins many lifetimes ago. I have lived five past lives, and three of them were centered on a young man who has also been a part of my present life since I was a teenager. How do I know this? It has taken me forty-some years to get to this point and finally put this puzzle together. It has been an interesting and instructive journey, and one that I would like to share with you. Throughout my experiences, you’ll see how I accessed these past life memories and understand how they intertwine with this present life. I believe that most of you have had past life experiences as well and will be able to relate to my story.

      I am a firm believer in karma and destiny. A coincidence, a chance, or an accidental happening can occur sometimes, but mostly it’s not simply chance, especially if it happens over and over. Growing up, I repeatedly experienced the same déjà vu moments and visions of other places and people; mostly, I didn’t pay too much attention to them then. But over the years, I realized these déjà vu moments were trying to tell me something specific about my past, and for this reason I began using past life regression therapy (PLR) to access more information. Through PLR, I went back to a previous lifetime through my hearing, feelings, images, thoughts, and visions. Sometimes, regression can be a vague sensation (e.g., déjà vu) that creates a sense of familiarity. Other times, it can be vivid flashes of memories of other places that you know are not a part of your present life.

      In addition to PLR, however, people can remember their past lives in many other ways, including dreams, relaxation, or experiencing visions. Meditation will relax you enough to put you in an alpha state (relaxation). After this state, you will reach a theta state (drowsiness). This is the state where past memories and psychic thoughts will appear. When using meditation to access your past lives, you should be comfortable and take deep breaths and be completely relaxed in your body and your mind in order to go into your subconscious. For me, sometimes the regression is like a slide show, where I am seeing images and receiving thoughts and feelings. Other times, it is like a video, and I can stop, pausing at different frames and focusing on important matters. Using meditation to clarify past life issues has been very successful for me.

      Another method I have used to access my past lives is acupuncture, which is an ancient
